Pros:Easy pickup. Excellent vehicle.
Cons:No complaints at all.
Cons:The vehicle was not ready, took me almost an hour to get the vehicle, the attendant waiting on me had to call a manager, I felt like I had to beg to get them to let me take the vehicle due to a problem on their end, I had tickets to a hockey game which cost $1600.00 almost missed the game
Cons:They should adopt automatic picking up keys without standing one hour in line.
Cons:I first reserved a Chevy Suburban and paid to have insurance added. The vehicle wasn't ready. I was offered a sub-par replacement that failed to meet our needs. The new rez lost my original insurance so I was forced to pay more.
Cons:I arrived to pickup my car only to find none were available. The agents onsite were not customer service oriented. DId not offer suggestions or help with finding another rental agency. I did however go to the Avis rental agency at theRichmond Airport and they were very professional and accommodating.
Cons:The pick up process. It took a while to get the rental. Then the rental I reserved was not even the rental I got.
The employees were very knowledgeable it was a good price and check in was a breeze

Pros:The car was clean and handled nicely.
Cons:I had to wait for 25 minutes for a "call up" vehicle. When the man finally showed up with the car, he didn't acknowledge me at all. He just laughed and kept saying to the agent that he forgot to process the call up cars. I was a bit annoyed to say the least. I am 6 months pregnant and I had no where to sit while I waited for this joker.
