For the first time in my life, I reserved a rental car, and when I arrived, they did not have one for me, and my business trip suffered greatly. They had no solution and did not even attempt to work with me in anyway.

Pros:Nice black Suburban in good condition
Cons:Tried to give me a Tahoe first then when pressed that I rented a Suburban for its larger cargo they had me wait. Car was not ready at scheduled time and had to wait for an oil change for an hour and a half.

Pros:Pickup and drop off was close to the terminal in both locations.
Cons:Two things: 1- Picking up the rental took entirely too long (25 minutes) to bring the car to us. That left us waiting outside in a parking garage in the heat with a 14 month old. 2- Our rental was out of oil at the time of pickup. Avis’s solution was to tell us to go put oil in it ourselves.
