Cons:The checkout person was adding all sorts of upgrades to my bill without explanation, somehow I got charged $100 on what was supposed to be a $30-$40 rental. I will never use Budget again, this was ridiculous.
Pros:Not one thing.
Cons:I made reservations and was sent on a‘wild goose chase “ for a car. I was not able to rent a car because the price almost tripled from my original rental price. So I ended up renting a car from Enterprise. (They provided EXCELLENT service)
it was good. but if you return the car 8 hr. ahead of your return time, they will not give you back the money for the 8 hrs. you did not use it.
Pros:The associates that we interacted with were nice and polite. Overall, there was no major issue.
Cons:Getting the car took a while. There was only 1 person at the counter and at least eight of us in line. We got assigned a Ford Fusion. The ride wasn't very smooth. Although it wasn't the rental place's fault, there was no gas station near the drop off so we can fill the gas back up. The closest one was 30 mins away. We ended up paying $14 for not having the gas tank full.
Pros:The car was clean and in good working condition. I appreciate the rate.
Cons:The office opened late which altered my itinerary. Once I was allowed into the office, the employee was very efficient, so that helped.

Cons:it took entirely too long at the counter in the airport, about 15 minutes from when I first talked with an agent, until I walked away with the keys
Cons:On the phone I was told by a representative at that branch that I wouldn't be charged an extra fee for renting under 25 as long as I had a credit card in my name, which led to my decision to get the rental car. However, when I got to the location I was charged an under 25 fee, which doubled my entire car rental cost. It seems to me like there needs to be better communication within the branch.
