Accessible and near to malls. Affordable price, and free internet. Nothing
Comfortable room with suitable facilities on the whole The three main reasons for choosing that hotel were:- A. location; B. Tea making facilites; and C. Hair and massage salon. Location was known anyway. It was not possible to make tea or coffee, etc. without going out to buy tea milk, sugar, etc. There was just a kettle. Also there was no hair and massage salon. They were at the other C.pt. hotel. No room service after 10 pm.
Very comfortable accomodation, clean and convenient
The location, it is only a short walk to Ploenchit BTS station.
Fitness center was very compfortable. I hope that somday there will be Japanese menu in room service.
so comfortable place, great selection of foof
The location of the hotel is excellent and you are in the city centre but you are insulated from the hustle & bustle of Bangkok City. The staff were efficient and the room was comfortable - and it had a park view. No Complains Whatsoever.
The room facilities were excellent with a small kitchenette and beautiful bathroom. Facilities to have a shower after check out close at 10pm which wasn't made clear at checkout.
proximity to bangkok it took too long for the water to heat up or it did not heat up at all.
The staff were very helpful. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast and rooms have kitchen capabilities if you want to snack there. There are no bars or shopping arcade in the hotel. Has an excellent gym squash courts and an adequate pool. The apartment hotel is very very close to the Ploechit skytrain and on a road with quick access to the airport highway - 30 min it took at peak hour. I had no real negatives and would definitely stay there again.
staff is very nice and the room is clean & big size , no sexy girl that's good , mean the room is clean always
Very good hotel, clean and tidy with some personality as well, quite rare in south east Asia. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff friendly. Located downtown, it was just 100 meters from my meeting place. International food available on room service. Excellent Internet. Possibility to project your computer screen on TV, if you've got the hdmi cable. And all of it decently priced, so definitely a good pick. The access was a bit difficult at peak traffic, but that's mostly Bangkok.
Comfortable room and extremely helpful staff
Staf is very freindly Check out time was at 2 pm my air plane time at 8 pm
I liked reception and costumer relation manager for sending a cake to my room in my birthday. I liked their cooperation and helps I put "don't disturbe sign" but still I got disturbed by housekeeping people because they keep calling the phone to check if I want housekeeping or not.
Nice location, friendly staff, good services, nice Bar. /
The service and continuous attention, efficiency , more than enough staff to take care of u None
The club lounge, friendliness of staff
Been there only 1 night, and missed breakfast as I slept late, so cannot comment about that. Apart of that everything was great. I csme early and they arranged me a very early check-in eith welcome drink. Staff answered axcelkwnt all my questions ref. Where to go/shop what to do its. None that I revalk
Good location. Friendly staff. Good pub Huntsman at the basement. Good location to the highway to and from the airport.
Perfect location and AMAZING breakfast spread. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. We had 3 people in the room and it was a bit tight but it's perfect for 2 people!
the hotel have an excellent fitness center with modern equipments and expert training team , avery good front desk and concierge service and the hotel staff are very wellcoming and helpfull
Very beautiful alcove suite.Very nice and big garden, pool spa in the central of town.Good value for money. Very expensive french restaurant.
Hotel provides excellent service
Its garden with huge pool and lots of greens was fabulous. It is the only hotel in Bangkok, as far as I know, that I felt like staying for a whole day inside it. Bartenders should learn more about drinks.
the spacious tropical garden the room in the old wing need to be renovated, the coriado was dark very unpleasant . the blackeny was directy.too.
Everything, except see below. We specially liked the garden with swimmingpool. Yes, one thing. On the terrace of Ma Maison they played every night the same cd! It is no big deal, but it was the only thing we did not like.
it was a great hotel. very clean and nice. staff was excellent and very helpfull. the suite was huge and luxury
Fantastic pool and gardens - a real haven in the centre of the city. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, helping with taxis and even restaurant recommendations. We upgraded to the business club floor and it was worth the extra money to have breakfast, pm tea and happy hour drinks and nibbles in the lounge every day. Very luxurious ! Room was comfortable and clean. Nothing to complain about at all.
we had executive room, well worth it.staff acted for us all the time. They were able to anticipate what drink we wanted and how we liked our eggs cooked. We arrived in Thailand at the end of a world trip .We are both over 60.Great end to holiday.
Very quiet, good restaurant and bar in the hotel, hotel staff was very kind The distance from the hotel and bts station is just 5 minutes walk, but I felt it as too long because of hot tempreture.
The entire experience. The Menu in the Italian Restaurant is pretentious and aimed at fellow restrateurs rather than the Hotel guest.
The hotel's location is along Nathan Road one of the main shopping areas in Kowloon, HK. It is also very close to many metro train stations, several large shopping malls, recreational places and good restaurants both high-end and inexpensive. The room and bathroom are very clean just right for my basic needs because I just need a place to sleep, both safe and easy . I am out whole day and I feel I get good value for money.
fashion style check in at 24th which is not convenient too expensive breakfast
worth the money
we had a good time , the staff were very good and brought us a yummy cheesecake as complementary :) and the room was very amazing ,if u like thai food , the white elephant is the best thai restaurant in bangkok : few things : there is no wi fi connection which is so strange for a marriot ?!! and the hotel restaurants close so early ,10 or 10:30 max ?!!
No cartoon network channel, no DVD, staff dont speak good English, Halal food was not highlighted or available in proper way
The hotel is at excellent location; especially that we were in Bangkok mainly for shopping.. A beautiful interior which you'll find the comfort you need after a whole day of shopping.
Hospitality of hotel staff International telephone charges were very very very expensive
the room is very comforte. poor english speaking. they dont know how to deel with booking.com.
mainly its location .. it had a good location where food .. small shops .. a super market and other small stuff are available .. no free wi-fi !! + i didn't like that they couldn't arrange for a hotel car to pick me up from the airport .. they said they can only provide an expensive mercedes benz ! i only wanted a normal car for pick up .. they couldn't arrange that .. !!
The hotel was good but not wow it is below the *5 hotel The hotel is very old so the room furniture is old too the carpet is very dirty and the lobby was dark. The only good think about this hotel is the location.
Place of the breakfast is not enough for number of gest coming to the hotel
Clean, modern, fancy, good size rooms Hard to communicate with the staff as most of them don't speak English. Extremely high prices on food in the restaurant and the lounge.
The hotel was clean and comfortable though a little tired in places, the staff were helpful and friendly as you would expect for Thai's. The Buffet breakfast could have had more choice and the pool was situated in a strange place, next to the restaurant!!
The location was great. You could walk to a lot of places. The breakfast was great. There were a lot of options. We ordered room service which was priced very reasonable. The pool was nice. It was great to go for a swim at the end of the day. We used the business center several times. It was convenient to have. Overall a good stay. The front desk staff did not speak the best English so it was hard to communicate at times. But they were very helpful.
The staff are wonderful. Warm, friendly, helpful. Always receptive to requests, suggestions and even criticism. The breakfast is a delight. The lobby pianist is superb. They appear to be cutting costs. Housekeeping was slower than before. No music in the bar - as before. No International Herald Tribune on distribution - as before.
Fiendly staff, good location apart from "girlie bars" as we had 14 year old children! Cleanliness. As mentoned above - location very near girlie bars.
Very spacious and well appointed twin bedded room, very courteous and helpful staff, excellent food and all at a reasonable price Central location but far too close to the Red Light District!
4 timers I tried to get a late check out. They should call back, but I did not hear anything. We changed hotel. The bath tub was leaking so much.
Staff and service breakfast buffet was didnt have varities, cleaning of the bathroom was not good
Friendly staff, great breakfast and an upgrade on arrival. The "Massage parlour" opposite the front doors did detract from the overall ambience somewhat.
the location was good less staff at the resaption
The location of the hotel is great only 100 meters or 5 mins walk to the nearest Skytrain (Nana Station), the hotel itself feet old and run down in my opinion. Close to Sukhomvit soi 2, Soi cowboy. The room was fairly clean but had a tacky feeling to it. I guess this was in part due to the hotel location in proximity to the red light district which which gave the rooms a one night stand feeling. The included continental breakfast, while lacking in options was a good addition to an otherwise overpriced hotel
The hotel is ok, not more and not less. The room are budgetrooms and breakfast is ok as well.
good location.. it just takes 3 mins walk to Nana station.Room is clean and comfort...I did not expect much with this budget hotel and I m happy as long as the room and bathroom are clean.Overall...it is worth to stay.(1200THB/per night ) swimming pool... It needs to maintain . I could see some part of it is broken and a bit old. just be careful when you swim but overall it was ok .
Conveniently located close to BTS, only a very short walk to station which connects you to multiple shopping options. Good comfortable beds and room size is excellent for families. Great option for families needing adjoining rooms.
Very nice hotel, perfectly located (near the skytrain), great staff. Room was vary nice, good breakfast. All was very good.
The Swiss Park Hotel is very clean. The staff are very helpful. The location is very near the transport station.
Breakfast communication barrier
Nice pool and deck with very friendly and helpful pool attendants. Bathrooms were a little small but you get what you pay for.
i did not and want stay hear again it took 2 hours for my room to be ready and staff on front desk was rude
Room was very noisy with lots of outside noise from bands, road noise, etc. It made sleeping at nights difficult, and I would not stay at the hotel again for that reason.
location little bit of street noise, but not enough to complain about
Be careful: Staff at hotel taxi desk try to rip you off on fares/cabs and also make recommendations for masseurs/prostitutes. Bad image for the rest of the pleasant staff in this hotel.
Staff. Cold pool, dirty and ugly rooms, balcony that could not be entered, broken tv and broken lamps.
location clumsy access to the guest rooms
Hotel staff N/A
manager was very nice Disgusting hotel and smelly rooms with stains on sheets. I switched 3 different rooms. Cockroaches everywhere. I am disgusted
Lovely location Old rooms need renovation
The location is always a plus, straight up the road to Nana sky train, etc. The breakfast buffet is also a plus however, I highly recommend that you get there early. When I was there early August, the restaurant was horrendously busy. When I stay there I always stay in the one bdrm apartment. It's my oasis away from the noise and chaos outside. The first one they gave me, I asked to move because the neighbors were leaving their door open with their screaming kid. I'm happy to say the manager completely understood my situation and moved me very quickly. Well done management. The Grand President. It's touch and go, depending on which room you're going to stay in. The studios are in Tower 3 and are now old & tired looking. Affected by the heat and overuse they definitely need sprucing up and look nothing like in the official photos. At the end of Ramadan the hotel is very busy. I guess culturally, guests from the Middle East think it's ok to leave their doors open and yell out to their extended family in the next room. This really bothers me. Luckily the hotel management are completely understanding and will move you to another room - if rooms are available. I guess I don't have a problem per se with the hotel. I have more of a problem with inconsiderate guests who only think of themselves and don't consider other people. I'd like to see the hotel be a bit stricter with these "feral" guests. Maybe that though is why the front desk didn't seem as friendly this time as they usually are. They seemed a bit frazzled and snappy. Anyway, I'd stay there again because of the proximity to the expressway and the SkyTrain.
The hotel was quite close to the main markets and the Nana sky station. The hotel rooms had an odour, and besides the hotel staff werent very helpful in providing us with smoking rooms even though we had requested for them in our booking.
The location was excellent as I have to walk for a few minutes to reach the eating spots / night bazar/ Nana Sky train. Seven Eleven was also nearby. The business centre was not free for the hotel guests which was strange. The breakfast need to be a bit better as far as taste and variety is concerned. We have the same menu in breakf ast for our entire stay of six days.
service. i have stayed many times and frequently. most staff recognise me. housekeeping is lazy and doesnt want to change sheets unless you make them.
the location size of Room, executive studio suite was just a very small room !!!!!
nice room, clean, enough space, comfy bed, good breakfast very loud birds in the mornings (from 7am). night times quiet.
price and location
Actually nothing nice to say about this hotel, needs to be closed for refurbishment Reception staff are in their own world and can take ages to check you in, The rooms do not have a pleasant smell, Toilets and shower areas have seen the end of their periods, needs to be immediately renovated. After 3 days I had to pay extra and upgrade myself to a suite just to be a bit comfortable, however other than the lobby everything else is dated commencing from the time you get into the lift.
Pool is nice. Location is good Tower 2 construction. Only 2 elevators and had to share with staff workers. Had to wait up to 10 minutes for elevator. 1980 decor.
The location, but there are plenty of other hotels for much cheaper. The room. The sink clogged, and after calling reception, I waited for 5 hours. So, I had to call again, this time someone came out and explained that it was a push button valve. Basically you have to push the stopper for it to come back up. The hallway leading to my room was covered with some shaggy carpet and smelled like an after party.
hotel staff was very friendly the cleaning personel used some products that were really (really) strong. I couldn't stay in the room after it has been cleaned for a couple of hours.
The staff were amazing. Facilities were amazing and was right in the middle of all the tourist spots Nothing
