The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few perks not yet ip and running like the roof top bar but I peeked at it and it should be awesome once up and running. The hotel was great- staff was very professional and friendly.
Friendliness and respectfulness of the staff. Location
The free breakfast was great! Internet connection was very good. Very close to the BTS train so that was great. Lots to eat/drink nearby They sent me a piece of cake on my birthday. That was a nice surprise. Housekeepers were nice and courteous. If you didn't request your room cleaned, they'd call and ask if you needed it cleaned or needed anything. We got in at 6am and couldn't check in early. I saw reviews where people did and I was hoping to do the same. The shower was only hot the first 2 days and then luke warm after. Also there's no shower door so it didn't keep the warmth in and water got all over floor. I expected the room to be a bit bigger. The pool being across the street sucks, it's just inconvenient. It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either. For the price It's definitely worth it.
close to subway station nothing
The customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the location was central to so many places I visited. As an added bonus Club Climax was downstairs which just made the hotel that much better.
great price which included the buffet and internet. i would stay again. water leaks out of the shower as there is no door and it runs on the floor.
The fixtures in the bathroom were dated
Room was perfect, staff was very nice, morning buffet and restaurant staff were wonderful. Bed was good, wifi had constant connection, was walk to Terminal 21 mall, good restaurants nearby, the Smile massage shop half a block down the street is one of the best in town, easy taxi service. All in all an upscale very nice place to stay.
Breakfast is very nice (including a self serve Bloody Mary station for "those mornings ;) The rooftop pool is great for a dip, the guys opening the doors and stopping traffic for you to cross the street, and, of course the rooms are very comfortable. The TV control thingy is a little odd but not a real problem
Early check in fees. Very Overpriced at the time I was there.
My girlfriend and I had a great time at Dream. The staff was all very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast was great! Really good value for the money. Close to modern hospital where we got our travelers vaccinces.
the lobby Extremely rude staff, and still fighting for my refund that was supposed to be 984$ of which i received $500 only. In my eyes it is a theft. If i were to come to you and take &484 from you i would be in jail, right? But i have to fight with the property for the same amount of money without any consequences for them even though i had received at official letter from the Dream Hotel that they would deposit 984$ back into my account. I always use kayak and had no problems before with anything. Please help me if you can. Feel free to contact me at Sasha_flex@live.com
The location of the hotel is great only 100 meters or 5 mins walk to the nearest Skytrain (Nana Station), the hotel itself feet old and run down in my opinion. Close to Sukhomvit soi 2, Soi cowboy. The room was fairly clean but had a tacky feeling to it. I guess this was in part due to the hotel location in proximity to the red light district which which gave the rooms a one night stand feeling. The included continental breakfast, while lacking in options was a good addition to an otherwise overpriced hotel
Conveniently located close to BTS, only a very short walk to station which connects you to multiple shopping options. Good comfortable beds and room size is excellent for families. Great option for families needing adjoining rooms.
The hotel is ok, not more and not less. The room are budgetrooms and breakfast is ok as well.
Very nice hotel, perfectly located (near the skytrain), great staff. Room was vary nice, good breakfast. All was very good.
good location.. it just takes 3 mins walk to Nana station.Room is clean and comfort...I did not expect much with this budget hotel and I m happy as long as the room and bathroom are clean.Overall...it is worth to stay.(1200THB/per night ) swimming pool... It needs to maintain . I could see some part of it is broken and a bit old. just be careful when you swim but overall it was ok .
The Swiss Park Hotel is very clean. The staff are very helpful. The location is very near the transport station.
Incredible location surrounded by great bars restaurants and clubs. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
Central location, close to Nana BTS station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hot water from the shower wasn't as hot as I would like it to be.
Lovely location Old rooms need renovation
Staff. Cold pool, dirty and ugly rooms, balcony that could not be entered, broken tv and broken lamps.
Hotel staff N/A
Room was very noisy with lots of outside noise from bands, road noise, etc. It made sleeping at nights difficult, and I would not stay at the hotel again for that reason.
i did not and want stay hear again it took 2 hours for my room to be ready and staff on front desk was rude
Be careful: Staff at hotel taxi desk try to rip you off on fares/cabs and also make recommendations for masseurs/prostitutes. Bad image for the rest of the pleasant staff in this hotel.
location clumsy access to the guest rooms
manager was very nice Disgusting hotel and smelly rooms with stains on sheets. I switched 3 different rooms. Cockroaches everywhere. I am disgusted
Breakfast communication barrier
Nice pool and deck with very friendly and helpful pool attendants. Bathrooms were a little small but you get what you pay for.
location little bit of street noise, but not enough to complain about
nice room, clean, enough space, comfy bed, good breakfast very loud birds in the mornings (from 7am). night times quiet.
the location size of Room, executive studio suite was just a very small room !!!!!
The location was excellent as I have to walk for a few minutes to reach the eating spots / night bazar/ Nana Sky train. Seven Eleven was also nearby. The business centre was not free for the hotel guests which was strange. The breakfast need to be a bit better as far as taste and variety is concerned. We have the same menu in breakf ast for our entire stay of six days.
The hotel was quite close to the main markets and the Nana sky station. The hotel rooms had an odour, and besides the hotel staff werent very helpful in providing us with smoking rooms even though we had requested for them in our booking.
The staff were amazing. Facilities were amazing and was right in the middle of all the tourist spots Nothing
price and location
The location is always a plus, straight up the road to Nana sky train, etc. The breakfast buffet is also a plus however, I highly recommend that you get there early. When I was there early August, the restaurant was horrendously busy. When I stay there I always stay in the one bdrm apartment. It's my oasis away from the noise and chaos outside. The first one they gave me, I asked to move because the neighbors were leaving their door open with their screaming kid. I'm happy to say the manager completely understood my situation and moved me very quickly. Well done management. The Grand President. It's touch and go, depending on which room you're going to stay in. The studios are in Tower 3 and are now old & tired looking. Affected by the heat and overuse they definitely need sprucing up and look nothing like in the official photos. At the end of Ramadan the hotel is very busy. I guess culturally, guests from the Middle East think it's ok to leave their doors open and yell out to their extended family in the next room. This really bothers me. Luckily the hotel management are completely understanding and will move you to another room - if rooms are available. I guess I don't have a problem per se with the hotel. I have more of a problem with inconsiderate guests who only think of themselves and don't consider other people. I'd like to see the hotel be a bit stricter with these "feral" guests. Maybe that though is why the front desk didn't seem as friendly this time as they usually are. They seemed a bit frazzled and snappy. Anyway, I'd stay there again because of the proximity to the expressway and the SkyTrain.
hotel staff was very friendly the cleaning personel used some products that were really (really) strong. I couldn't stay in the room after it has been cleaned for a couple of hours.
Actually nothing nice to say about this hotel, needs to be closed for refurbishment Reception staff are in their own world and can take ages to check you in, The rooms do not have a pleasant smell, Toilets and shower areas have seen the end of their periods, needs to be immediately renovated. After 3 days I had to pay extra and upgrade myself to a suite just to be a bit comfortable, however other than the lobby everything else is dated commencing from the time you get into the lift.
Pool is nice. Location is good Tower 2 construction. Only 2 elevators and had to share with staff workers. Had to wait up to 10 minutes for elevator. 1980 decor.
The location, but there are plenty of other hotels for much cheaper. The room. The sink clogged, and after calling reception, I waited for 5 hours. So, I had to call again, this time someone came out and explained that it was a push button valve. Basically you have to push the stopper for it to come back up. The hallway leading to my room was covered with some shaggy carpet and smelled like an after party.
service. i have stayed many times and frequently. most staff recognise me. housekeeping is lazy and doesnt want to change sheets unless you make them.
We Had a great time the staff were very helpful, the place was very conventant and the price was right None
Attention to details and the excellent attention given by the staff, this was a small oasis from the frenetic Bangkok. Loud, rather headbanging music at breakfast, not a soothing start to the day! Also, and not unique to this hotel, exhorbitant internet charges.
Not really much: only the big size of the rooms. The cleanliness was not up to the expectations. The rate is really too high for an hotel of this nature. The photos are deceiving on the size and style of the hotel breakfast is served in the lifts hall and they charge a lot for internet in the rooms.I did trust the brand name Dusit but for nothing.
Location, very near sky train which is teh easiest way to navigate Bangkok, glide above the traffic in air conditioned comfort.
I like the calm in the hotel and its not crowded i didn't like the breakfast as 90% of it for non-Muslims people for instance, most of food include pork.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.Location was interesting amongst busy ,bustling city streets. Guide andd car service booked through hotel was very good providing excellent and informed days exploring.
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and I liked the little touch of the bar in giving a free snack.
Its very convenient place...Shopping is just few steps away!
I liked all services in this hotel. Perfect. Such things they have not
