Pros: we liked the location the views of the city and the mountains the fact that there were no noise but you were so close to everything
Cons: no, certainly it was value for money
Pros: the appartment was new, big, warm and well decorated!the view was amazing. It was a 15 minute walk from the village but it was not a problem for us.we would definately choose it again.big plus! 2 bathrooms...
Pros: Spacious rooms with cosy furniture and brilliant new equipment- value for money.
Cons: Cold at beginning all right afterwards. More accurate GPS coordinates: N41.81942 E23.47823.
Pros: Receptionist were very nice and very helpfull
Cons: Must fix the road around the place , they are terrible and dangerous
Pros: quiet place, modern and good standards constructions.Spacious room very well equiped, securised private parking. Nice view, specially 31st dec. for the fire-show.
Cons: water pump too noisy at block A side. Only half receptionists efficient (couldn't explain the needing of access code for internet connection). Missing a spa center ( operating in 90 % of Bansko hotels).
Pros: Newly built, spacious appartments, well equiped, quiet location
Cons: There was no water supply for several hours during our stay
Pros: nice new apartment with a lot of space. very much enjoyed the fireplace in the apartment.
Green Life Ski & SPA Resort offers an airport shuttle (available 24 hours). Guests indulge in massages, then grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. An indoor pool and an outdoor pool are offered, and rooms have conveniences like kitchenettes and sofa beds.
Pros: It is a very nice hotel, interresting design, but bad execution, details shows that was made in a hurry, too bad, it has potential. Nice view, and very good location. event booking locate it on a street that is not corect. value for money ....fair
Cons: Food was not from a 4 star hotel, rather 2-3. Jacuzzi on charge 10 leva/30 min, but not specified on site. Sauna....better i don't describe: stinking. it's a pity for the big investment made there. staff was kind but very poor english. this is not ok for a 4 star hotel.
Pros: Good facility for ski, five minute to the gondola, good personal, good food, nice pool and spa facilities
Cons: The hotel is hard to find, in fact don't apear on the booking map, in the front of hotel is other two constructions in progress, the acces to the parking zone is like a forest road, electronic payment don't worked a the final day, but hotel staff supplied this problem with an disccount
Pros: beautiful hotel with friendyl, helpful staff, good and plentiful food. will definately be going back.
Pros: - Excellent hotel, very nice rooms, beautiful furniture, perfect facilities - each staff member at the reception desk was extremely nice and helpful and had good knowledge of English - super swimming pool and sauna
Cons: - Poor quality of food; poor choice of meals; - poor performance of the staff at the restaurant (poor knowledge of English, slow service, music too loud in the restaurant) - heat level much too high inside the hotel
Pros: Close to gondola lift and some nice restaurants (Pizzaria Victoria). Spacious one-bedroom appartment. Breakfast is ok.
Cons: It is hard to find the hotel at first, because it has no sign and there is a construction near the hotel. There is a kitchen in the appartment, but no frying pan. There is a questionnaire in the room, but no pencil... And many other small details. But the hotel is still fine and worth staying.
Pros: We were quickly checked in and the apartment was nice and spacious with a good view.
Cons: It was way too hot in the hotel even though it was winter.
Cons: Feed back of hotel A very badly managed Apartment Complex that’s probable why it was virtually empty, Food uneatable, No utensils in apartment not even a kettle or knives and forks just a few glasses. Most of the time children translated that’s if we could find anybody in reception and the massage area was well equipped but unfortunately I didn't want a man to do my treatment with poor hygiene. You did ask me to be factual. I also saw a tariff on the counter on the reception, which quoted 97 euros per night for the time of year we went for the same size apartment so I have paid far to much 52euros per night over. If my stay had been good I wouldn’t have minded. I could have stayed at the Kempinski for less than that and I’m sure the management and facilities are far better after spending quite a lot of my time there. A refund would be appreciated Ann
Pros: The hotel room was large and spacious but lacked any charm or personality
Cons: The room was sparcely furnished , no bowls and minimal crockery , no pictures. We had no water on the first night of our arrival!
Pros: Good location for the Gondola Lift. Lots of facilities for spa and gym Very competitively priced Maid service called every day, changed sheets and tidied up. All of the staff were very friendly and willing to help with any problems that arose......... thanks!
Cons: The food for the evening meal was terrible all of the main courses that you could choose from were cold, this included spag bol, chips, creamy chicken, lasagne, sausages, stew, everything cold. The only thing that I enjoyed about the evening meal was the good selection of salad for starter........... again cold (thankfully)!! We also booked the presidential suite as there were 7 of us travelling and all wanted to stay together, the suite itself was enormous with very large rooms and a huge living dinning area............ but there was hardly any furniture, crockery and utensils!! Although the beds were very comfortable.

Pros: I tried the SPA - so delightful, and bulgarian food - they cook it great!
Cons: not at all
Pros: The 2 bed apartment was very nicely decorated.
Cons: The staff were very unfriendly. The breakfast was practically inedible and the only coffee they had was powdered. The showers leaked all over the bathroom floor and the kitchenette only had 4 glasses - no cutlery, plates, mugs, pans in fact a very poor excuse for a kitchen so we were never able to eat in! We went there for the ski-ing but no transport was laid on to take us to the gondola and the hotel was on the very edge of the town so a very long walk. Ended up taking taxis for the first few days until we complained and then they provided alternative transport. Hotel restaurant was the worst meal we had and they wouldn't take credit card. Also on leaving the staff were very put out that we wanted to pay our bill by credit card.
Pros: ta spa!
Cons: to prosopiko...toys tropoys toy...
Cons: Problem with hot water and too much noise in the hotel.
Cons: The room allocation policy was super strange and had to change room 3 times from studio which is about 2 star, to double /3star/ to vip which is about 4 star. Given the hotel is generally rated 4 star its an issue.
Pros: Lovely, modern and clean hotel. Opened in Dec 2008 so everything still looks new! Excellent location with taxi/bus station next to hotel. Centre was 10 min walk away with nice restaurants just down the road. Most of the staff spoke english which was helpful.
Cons: Unfortunately during our stay there in May, the Jacuzzi and Turkish Bath were not working because they were broken??? Already!!!?? and they made no attempt to rectify the problem!
