Pros. The staff was fantastic. They were always willing to help us (e.g. find sites to see, find good coffee shop, loan us some beach towels, order museum tickets)...to ensure we had a great time. And we did have a great time! I love this hotel!!!

Pros. tasteful accommodations, wonderful bathroom layout, very cozy. the staff was fantastic, and the overall attention to detail was the perfect touch
Cons. The room was very small and very poorly lit. Extra lights (especially in the closet area would be a helpful touch) Also we traveled as a couple, only room for one suitcase in the closet, which is okay, but extra luggage holder would have been astronomically beneficial
