Chris at Enterprise, Beacon was my pick-up and drop-off connection. Chris has such a positive personality and knowledgeable about his business. He was quick with the transitions, got me in and out. Chris is DEFINITELY an asset to your store.Cons:
The backseat area could have been cleaner, the backs of the front seats were dirty, looked like children had there feet all over them, aside from that it was perfect.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I didn't realize the insurance I purchased on-line wasn't directly through AVIS so they pressured me into buying their insurance. They didn't clearly explain their "E-Toll" feature and they also charged me to refuel the vehicle even though I returned the car with a full tank of gas.9.2 Wonderful
