Pros: The stuff was every nice and friendly. They was helpful and polite.
Cons: I don't have anything bad to say.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location after spending a day at the mouth of the Mississippi. Eat before you go or be prepared to go out as there is little in the immediate area. Breakfast had a nice selection of things to eat. Quiet location as is set well back from the road.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Hot shower
Cons: Housekeeping wAs below average. Had to go to front desk to retrieve towels every night. Check in was a mess. Although I'd prepaid for my room last year, the girl luane swiped my card again for the full cost of the room and held my funds up the entire trip!!! The only thing that was correct with my reservation was my name. They had wrong address, phone number, and credit card info (which was scary within itself) I don't think I'll ever stay at this hotel ever again

Pros: I loved the look of this hotel inside and out. Excellent location in the French Quarter.
Cons: I had a king size bed and there was not much space to walk comfortably between the bed and the television cabinet.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location and lobby
Cons: Small room, could not walk around bed without shuffling sideways, open storage drawers and fridge bang info end of bed. Dirty windows. Small desk space is shared with coffeemaker & water bottles. Small cramped bathroom. Room was in oldest wing of hotel

10.0 Excellent
Pros: the lobby
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The lobby is beautiful. The Carousel Bar is fun.
Cons: The room was ridiculously small. You could hardly move in the room or the bathroom. For the price, I expected more. It was noisy--loud music coming from a function room below. The room our event was held in was dated and worn. Waiter acted like it was a bother to serve our food. I actually had to ask for the salad dressing for my salad. Food was OK. WHat a disappointment.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Restaurant food was terrible

9.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: EVERYTHING
Cons: Nope
4.2 Okay
Pros: The only thing I liked was the area.
Cons: My state was nothing as I expected it to be. My visit was 2 days, Only half of the TV channels we’re available, the sink in the bathroom continue to clog (had to call maintenance), Tried to call front desk numerous times with no answer, the mini fridge wasn’t chilling my beverages and I was afraid to leave food in it. The pool is out of service, and it is still advertised online as one of the amenities. Which is one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel. There is a hotel across the street with similar rates that pool was operational (I called to verify) and I could have selected my stay there. If given this information upon booking I would have.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old historical hotel
Cons: The place is clearly understaffed. The restaurant never seemed to be open, even for dinner. The bar was closed many afternoons. They seemingly forgot to clean our room one day. They failed to provide me with an itemized bill and I had to call several times later to try to obtain one. Every time I called I was on hold for a long time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ambiance
Cons: Price was a little expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms and accommodations along with friendly staff.
7.9 Good
Pros: The property was very pretty, located just out of the French Quarter.
Cons: Management took the concerns regarding the covid virus as an opportunity to decrease services without notice. Housekeeping went to every 3 days. Coffee service in the lobby ceased and the advertised PB & J sandwiches in the lobby vanishes. All without notice. One would think the housekeeping would increase in this situation.
6.3 Good
Pros: The rooms were nicely presented and the staff were helpful!
Cons: The pool and the roof terrace was shut without warning when we arrived. The third day the mini toiletries in our room got restocked and we only given 2 conditioners, no shampoo or shower gel. The slippers & robes also disappeared.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Loation
Cons: Pool not available. Id ask for towels for a room booked with 4 people and get only 2 towels. Hotel is now a modern nightmare instead of a high end classic victorian hotel that we remembered from our last stay. Price per night lower on another site. No microwave in room and the ice they provide is enough to make a couple of drinks.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Lobby and bar
Cons: Old odor in the room

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Private vanity
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. We were able to walk anywhere in the French Quarter easily.
Cons: Housekeeping was a little pushy even after we declined. We extended our checkout time and even paid for a later checkout, but it seems that was not relayed to the housekeeping staff. They knocked every 15 minutes while we were trying to pack up.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: AC made noise as if there was something crawling in it. When i alerted the staff they didn't take it seriously. They changed out the AC after several hours of waiting. We had missed our morning scheduled events. Front desk had an attitude the rest of stay

5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is nice
Cons: The property is old and dark- badly in need of a re-do
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: No fridge or microwave
1.0 Poor
Cons: The doors were locked at all times, while I do understand it is for "safety" reasons to protect the staff during the pandemic it is a HUGE fire hazard and I felt very uncomfortable and not at ease. Most modern hotels have a system for you to scan your card to enter the hotel and for this price your hotel should have that system especially if you keep the doors locked at all times. We had been traveling all day and the valet did not give us any time or space to get our luggage. The front desk clerk did not ask me for my Omni membership information. Overall a bad experience I won't be staying at this hotel again.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is clean, as expected.

6.0 Good
Pros: I loved the location and the staff was really nice. The concierge was great both of them.
Cons: The room was not up to par. I did not like the room at all I was offered. The view was bad and the water was cold. There were slight stains on the floor as well. The front desk said they would call maintenance but they never came.

6.0 Good
Pros: The view
Cons: Yes , I paid --- dollars , no vallet parking , no bath robes. And I had to pay an additional 35 dollars for parking in the garage.nobody even attempted to give me a discount or anything. I think I deserve another stay or atleast half off the price I paid.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It's elegance
Cons: The room was so mediocre, and I didn't like the fact that, literally, everything was closed. I wasn't informed about it until after I paid. All we could do was sleep, and that's it. The parking was extremely high, and we had to pay again every time we lef
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location was decent to where I needed it.
Cons: They held $250 deposit for the room, which was more than the room itself. There was no heads up when I booked the room. That was insane. There were no common bathrooms opens. If you’re going to open up your facility for guests, then these are common things that should be open. We had no room service during the 5 hour duration the staff was there. No ice machines. This hotel was disappointing to say the least. I would recommend visitors stay away from this location.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Security staff and loved the location
Cons: The restaurant was out of food at night in the hotel. Starbucks not accepting the Starbucks gift card for my purchases
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel itself is beautiful and everything I expected. The room overall was what I expected. Hotel employee at check in was amazing and super helpful! Can't praise her enough.
Cons: I had an issue with the bathroom tub faucet. It was coming off the wall and nearly impossible to get switched over to a shower. Housekeeping was coming at 830am to clean room. Also at one point house keeping open the room door at about 630 pm.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was perfect for event we attended
Cons: Old interiors in room, inconsistent info, specifically concierge desk on 1st level female employee seemed to try to not help us. Desk staff was nice but inconsistent info, bar staff 1st level - rude! 2nd level bar closed all nights during mardi gras!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for Mardi Gras. Easily walked to everything. Perfect view for Lundi Gras fireworks too.
Cons: No complaints
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great
5.0 Okay
Pros: I like the fact that it was close to the convention center, it had a mall attached to it, and the hotel restaurant French toast was good.
Cons: The room was dusty. The toilet bowl top and other surfaces had dust on it so it is obvious it was not wiped down. I don't like the way the hotel is set up in general. The parking garage is very far from the rooms and it only appears as though luggage carts are available if you use a bell person. So you don't have the option to load/unload your own luggage. The price is too high for such an old hotel. Waaaay too high. There is no microwave in the room.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was quite good.
Cons: The noise from the vent in the bathroom was very load. We called guest services 4 times and each time the promised to send someone but no-one came. Also, they put two bottles of water in the room. There was nothing to suggest that we had to pay for them. No sign and no price. Normally the water is free in most hotels, especially with no indication that you have to pay for it. However, on checkout we were charged $12 for the water. It is not the money, but the principle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent! Room was clean and we even paid a small upgrade fee to get a premium room with a great view of the mighty Mississippi River.

Through the years, the hotels most famous attribute was its rooftop Tulane Ballroom which played host to numerous Mardi Gras balls, grand cotillions, proms and a 1964 appearance by President Lyndon Johnson.Today the Jung Hotel anchors Upper Canal Street and sits at the heart of the areas resurgence.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice, clean and big. The bathroom was unbelievably spacious. The Jung is the best hotel we've ever stayed in.
Cons: Nothing!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room and bedding was nice
Cons: Upon arrival, I was never greeted or acknowledged at the front desk. The two ladies who seemed liked upper management were busy talking amongst themselves. I had to ask them If they could help me. New to the area I needed assistance from concierge and they were not there during g my stay. The front desk staff were not knowledgeable about area. The Bartender who’s mom is in construction was very helpful. Unfortunately we met her on the last day. The pool heater was broken so we couldn’t swim. That was a big reason why we even booked our stay at the Jung.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel! Fab location! Friendly and helpful staff! Nothing to complain about!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great facilities, comfy beds and laundry machines free of charge.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: This was a hotel we had never stayed at before and I took a chance and it paid off. The hotel was updated, clean and very modern.
Cons: The location is on Canal but at the other end of Canal, so unless ur an avoid walker take an Uber or Lyft.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Spacious rooms, very clean and HQ finishes
Cons: I bit noisy from hotel engines
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was newly renovated with large open spaces and modern finishes. The room was very spacious, clean and accommodating for both a business traveler and a leisure trip.
Cons: While the hotel is new & modern with open spaces and large rooms it seems to be lacking warmth. For example the lights in the rooms were VERY BRIGHT with no dim levels, the floors are completely tile - no carpet or rugs so the room felt stark. Similar feel in the common spaces - for example the bar wasn’t open during the afternoon (IN NEW ORLEANS) and it seems the bar was the only popular space in the lobby area. The overall aesthetics are pleasing but something is just lacking. The management should really figure it out because the space is too nice not to be enjoyed by a high end clientele.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotels we have stayed in.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel with newly renovated rooms and building. Great bathrooms and facilities.
Cons: Front desk staff were pretty cold and disinterested in all contact I had with them.

6.0 Good
Pros: The room description, which is what I was reserving, had to have been ignored by the front desk because we originally placed in a room with 2 beds. When I went to the desk to ask about the mix up, he said, at 1st, there wasn't anything else available. When we asked for a good place for walking and eating, he directed us to Canal St where nothing was open. Why wouldn't he tell us that before we wasted time and a new pair of Kors. Otherwise, it was fine.
7.0 Good
Cons: We had had to move rooms three times. First time they put us near elevator after I requested not to be. Back down to guest services with bags in tow. They put us in a room with mildew around the shower. But had a very nice view of the city. My husband being a General Contractor reported to the manager. As if house keeping did not see that horror (LAZY). They kindly moved us (BAGS IN TOW) to a room with a roof top nasty view. So went from a nice city view to a nasty roof top view. Last, was accused of smoking weed, security knocking hard on the door and having our trash cans searched. Only to find nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the night manager, was super awesome. He is definitely a treasure.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location. Walking and public transportation accessible.
Cons: No refrigerator or microwave. Couldn't even share the mini bar, because if you moved items around, you could be charged for items. Sensors on items in mini bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our family loved the location of the hotel. It was easily walkable to all locations of interest, but not too close to the craziness of the French Quarter. It was a wonderful place to stay during our holiday visit to New Orleans.

Pros: We absolutely love this place! We first stayed at the Old No.77 in 2016, and we loved how it was close enough to everything, yet we were not in the middle of the loud party scene. We were just a quick walk from our favorite breakfast spot, Mother's, and the French Quarter is just a 15 minute walk down the street. We love how unique the property is, and the food and drinks are like none other! We just returned back to NOLA, and without question, HAD to stay at the Old No. 77 again! Love this place! See you guys next time!!!

4.0 Okay
Pros: Front desk staff did accommodate requests. No
Cons: I was expecting bigger to accommodate 4 people. With the price we paid in advance I expected a frig & microwave. We all kept hitting are toes on the bottom of the toliet getting in & out the shower. The water pressure was low in the sink & the faucet hung over so far you could bearly put your hands underneath it. I never slept in a hotel that didn't have a top flat sheet between the comforter I had health issues. I tried asking cleaning people & front desk if the comforter was changed each time someone new checked in. Cleaning people didn't understand cause the didn't speak English & staff couldn't verify if comforter were changed when new guests occupied the room. It was just too tight. We had four people & they only kept giving us enough towels for 3 people.

Cons: All the rooms that was showed to me where all dirty until we got to the 5th room. They did let us check in early like 5am but made us check out at noon still. There was no breakfast at this location. There were big possum size rats on street that had me scared to check in and get out my car. The price could had been negotiable knowing no breakfast and rooms not being clean.

Pros: Location was excellent.
Cons: We did not always get the toiletries needed. Some days no lotion. Last day we got mouthwash.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We liked the hotel. We upgraded from the small Queen room to a king room with a bourbon at view.. we had a view for about 20 min then the tv show crew parked the trucks in front for the rest of our visit. Kinda mad about paying for the upgrade for that.. bourbon is pretty noisy until about midnight than it’s quiet.. (just so everyone knows) we understood that when we were upgraded..
Cons: Paying for the upgrade that wasn’t an upgrade
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed
Cons: House keeping touched my personal items and threw things away without permission
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are awesome and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Lovely lounge and nice staff. Enjoyed the bar and jazz band.
Cons: Didn’t realise that there was a high car valet charge and long wait until we got to you.
7.0 Good
Pros: You are right in the heart of the Quarter. That alone makes the hotel worth it. From our pool view room, we could see the spite of St. Louis Cathedral, which I loved. The front desk staff was beyond nice, and the hotel overall was beautiful.
Cons: The valet staff, for the most part, was cordial, but they were disorganized. In addition, some of them were particularly rude. When I am paying $40 a day for parking, I expect people to be a bit nicer when I call to ask for my car. In addition, there should be signs indicating where you would like us to leave the car for you to valet. Never in my life have I been so insulted as I was TWICE by the valets here. Again, two of the staff were beyond nice and helpful. But the rest were condescending and belligerent. I know that I’m a small female, but I was the one paying for everything, so you don’t need to be condescending. If you have a car, good luck staying here. I have stayed at other hotels in the Quarter and have parked there with NO trouble. This was a nightmare that made me dread needing to leave the hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much everything - staff were great, building is beautiful with a fantastic history, location can't be beaten, quiet once inside, great price
Cons: Couldn't complain about anything - being able to open the windows would be nice but not something to moan about.
