Cons: All the new hotels in Europe understand the Europe became hotter every year, so air conditioner is important

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location, within a walkable distance to most important places in Bonn. The staff was super nice and the hotel room was sparkling clean. The neatest hostel I have used :-).

Pros: Cleanliness

Cons: Staff didn’t work 24h; luggage got stuck into entry room due to this; doesnt have an elevator for luggage; there is a bar in front of the hostel that is extremely noisy

Pros: Great location in the city center. Clean rooms, bathroom was shared with only the people staying in the same room. Very ok, basic hostel.

Pros: Good enough location. Was able to leave my bags there in the morning, ready for check in later on. Staff were helpful with tourist info. Bed had a plug. Easy check out.

Cons: It was difficult to contact the hostel before my arrival (no response/ reply from emails and phonecalls). Very creaky stairs.

Pros: The stuffs were extremely helpful. Bed and pillows are in good condition. Very clean room and toilets. The forest part behind the hostel is adding an extra bonus to the stay. My booking there was for 6 days. Although I need to change the room next day due to unavailability, they have arranged me a dorm with two beds only and I enjoyed the stay there. A lot of thanks to them from my side. The breakfast was fabulous.

Cons: wifi could be available in the room also.

Pros: Very nice location, alongside the forest - and thus a nice outdoor space.. Staff was nice and helpful and it is easily reached from the main station.

Cons: I find the price was too high - it remains a youth hostel (no soap or simple thing like that in the bathroom in the room; and not even a towel if you book in the dorm) ; the wifi was bad (either my pc could not find the network, or I got access to it for only one hour... As we were in a workshop there for two days, you can imagine it was not easy...

Cons: The check in process was pretty crazy. Staff not there til 2.30 officially (even though says 2 on booking.com), but no one turned up to check me in until hours later. There is no security there - all doors open.

Pros: It feels like family and the staff is great. All the facilities are awesome and the owner is really helpful.

Cons: I faced a problem in check in. I went to the given address, no one responded. I didn't have local SIM to call him. I tried various ways to call, I couldn't find a way. I was roaming on streets. Then I found a way to call and process was smooth after that. So basically we need to call before we go to check in. Remember this.

Cons: - Staff were not present in the hostel at check in time. I should have checked in at 2 pm. I had been waiting from 12:30 pm to leave my luggage and go to a meeting. Staff only arrived at 2:30 pm. - When I paid, I asked for a receipt. Staff did not give me the receipt, then promised to send it by email but never did. - Room and bathroom were unclean. - I was only provided with the room key, I was not provided with the building gate key so when I arrived at night, I could not enter the room. I had to call a room-mate (whom I had never known before) just to open the gate so I can enter and sleep. Overall, the experience was unprofessional. I request a refund for the late check-in as I paid for a stay duration and got less than what was paid for.

Cons: No private bath and bath wasn’t the best

Cons: For my three nights stay from Feb 1 to Feb 4, I paid by credit card. I was charged twice on my credit card. First, on Jan 25, a day after I did the booking (115.8 EUR). And second on Feb 2, a day after I checked in (115.8 EUR). I demand a refund of 115.8 EUR.

Cons: There is one toilet and bath for 4 rooms. Price, too expensive.

Cons: The main sitting room has old equipments that do help at all. Like warming some food and drinks.

Pros: The only good thing was that Penny Market was nearby.

Cons: The receptionist was awful. She couldn’t talk English and she was extremly rude. The first room They gave us was the worst. The door was broken but They changed out room after a long talk. The second room was dirty, the sink was full of garbage and the closet full of empty botles. The hot water wasn’t working. When we said that we want our money back They started to yell at us and the receptionist ignored us all the time. The worst experience ever! I don’t recomand this place at all.

Pros: Even though we booked a room with shared bathroom we were lucky and the adjacent room was vacant. Therefore we had the whole apartment (bathroom, kitchen and our room) just for ourselves.

Cons: Our room was located in the basement. We had just a little window located under the groundlevel with no view. The proximity to the railway stop is an advantage, but trains running in the night are noisy.

Pros: The location was really convenient for me, close to a supermarket and train station.

Pros: Nothing.Very poor condition with high charges. This place is not taking care of visitors.
