Horrible experience! They did not have the car type I reserved and sent me to the airport, rather than make the call for me. I went to the airport where promised me they could get a minivan but that I would have to pay a higher rate. "We'll honor your reservation, but you'll have to pay today's price instead of the price we agreed when you reserved the minivan."Cons:

There was no car there when I arrived. I had to cancel the rental. They didn’t have a number to contact me. Why wouldn’t that be coordinated? I booked through you and gave you my number. Why couldn’t someone tell me not to waste my time? I could’ve rented another car in a timely manor10.0 Wonderful
