Very good breakfast. Other guests were noisy in the hall at night and that woke me.
The location was close to shops and restaurants and it had a pool.
Hotel was within a short driving distance from Family visited. My additional night was not honored by the hotel, was made to pay out of pocket for the additional night stay
The rooms were clean. The staff is ridiculously unprofessional! Their customer service is deplorable. I ended up leaving and checking in to another hotel nearby.
We really enjoyed ourselves over the weekend at Comfort Inn Bowie. You have a good thing going. I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks.
The beds were comfortable and they upgraded our handicapped room, which required my husband to ride up in an elevator, to a ground floor handicapped suite. That made it much easier for him. There is a parking lot right outside we could access. My husband is handicapped and cannot walk far to reach elevators or walk hallways, although the room was handicapped, and he uses a walker, it would be easier to have at least 1 wheelchair available, to take him to his room or breakfast

Friendly staff. I didn't get to eat too much of the breakfast, but what they had out looked good. Older rooms.Wallpaper peeling off/buckling in some places. The room seemed a little 'depressed'.Iron appeared to be chained down/attchd to ironing board. I've never seen that before.Older fixtures.Other than that,it was great for a quick overnight stay.
Check in staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and was an added bonus to an already enjoyable experience.
Staff was very friendly, hotel is in a good location the bathroom obviously wasn't thoroughly cleaned, there was a piece of plastic and a hair in in when we got there. Other than that, everything was good.

Really comfortable and very clean; great value for money The neighborhood feels unsafe and awkward.
Nothing I was kicked out of my room because I used incense for prayers and was Accused of smoking. My deposit wasn't refunded neither was the amount I paid for the room.
Shuttle to Metro runs very frequently and was a definite plus. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy but hotel was good. WIFI was horrible, needs an upgrade.
The room was nice and very comfortable The housekeeping staff opened the door without knocking
We were there on a pretty busy night during the inauguration/women's march weekend, but the hotel was managing it well. Our room was a little bit shabby and the mattresses felt a little worn, but everything was clean. Excellent location to take the metro into DC, and there is a grocery store, Chipotle, and a few other places to eat right across the street. The continental breakfast was actually waffles, eggs, sausage, and toast set out buffet style.
Free Parking, Free Breakfast, Clean Rooms, Clean Bathroom, and Aesthetically Appealing They charge a deposit to your card even though you prepay.
outside of Washington DC dirty carpets, light bulbs out next to bed
The night shift front desk staff were extemely friendly and helpful. The on/off handle in my shower was not properly caulked to the wall causing it to rotate quite a lot.
Location Tv had very limited channels
Wonderful breakfast served
The room is great!! The breakfast is one of the worst I ate
The cleanliness of the room. Plenty on towel. The staff greetsyiu rite away & get you settled in. Water in the room was cold took awhile to heat up & never really got hot just warm
We really liked our room and also the amenities within the room, the closeness to the mall, the complimentary shuttle and also the free parking. Very early check-out time.
The hotel was way beyond my expectations. It was the perfect place for our wedding anniversary. The customer service was great as well. The room was gorgeous with a contemporary look. Great location-close to the mall and every restaurant you could think of, but in a quieter location further down the road. Could be a bit noisy in the morning. Walls are thin and you could hear what was going on in other rooms/hallway.
Breakfast was amazing and our $15 (1pp) coupons covered breakfast. The inside resturant was really clean and i loved the fire place. The wings i ordered in room service were good but i have to order them crispy so they weren't super soft and their potatoe wedges are huge and were not what I was use too at all. On the executive floor they have a snack room for anyone on floor 7. The snacks were great: muffins chips candy sodas tea coffee hot cocoa water pretzels etc. the room was 255 for just one night on that level....the room was clean but small, the hotel is eco friendly. There are a few other restaurants within 5min of the hotel if you don't like the indoor or attached one. The room rate is over priced thats my only complaint. The hotel is over priced, and the walk from the garage to the hotel can be a bit much if you have alot of bags.
The location of the hotel with the courtesey shuttle with a five mile radius is excellent. The location is less than a mile from Arundel Mills shopping, Maryland Live Casino and less than five miles to BWI airport. The hotel check-out time is 11am, which isn't a problem, however they expect you out around 1030am. My wife and I were awake waiting for a weather report and knocks on the door from housekeeping began the barrage of knocks at the door, phone calls, asking when we're checking out. Respecting hotel policy wasn't an issue, but most hotels start the call thirty minutes after check-out not before. If we dined in the hotel for breakfast the outcome would've been the same because the restaurant is small and the staff is small for the amount of guest. They provided a breakfast coupon for the restaurant, but decided to pass because of the wait, so the staff was rude with the two following housekeeping members and the front desk attendant calling after that.
beautiful, well maintained. restaurants and bars good, excellent location. not. thing. beautiful.
Well run, good facilities, professional service. An excellent value.
I loved the staff. They were what all hotels would want . The staff was always chearfull and willing to help you out. Great job everyone !
Customer service is amazing. Oh happy hour is a hidden hidden jewel ! A Must try!
Extremely disappointed that I didn't get the best available rate. Unhelpful receptionist didn't help either. Could have got the room for 110 odd but ended up paying 146 odd. Wasn't offered the best available rates, contrary to what my bill headline says. Very disappointed Hilton. Very.
Comfort of beds. Clean. Nice pool and fitness room. Robotic staff at the desk that did not answer questions without sounding like a recording and not considering personal information or needs in their response.
Nothing... The service was terrible. My AC was broken in my room. I called multiple times to have someone fix it and no one ever came up. I even went to the front desk and still nothing got fixed. They overcharged me for parking and refused to refund it. They said I did a laundry service and charged me $100 which I didn't have any laundry done. I was there for an event and they were extremely unprofessional about everything. They double booked rooms that we had reserved almost a year in advance, they shut us down even though they were given plenty of time to be prepared for our event. Even though we had the ballrooms booked for the whole weekend, they took away some of the tables from our vendors. On the day we were double booked, the rooms were not prepared properly. One of the days it rained heavily and the ballroom flooded, causing our event to start 2 hours late. Instead of taking responsibility for not managing the upkeep of the hotel we were told, "we can't control the weather." That night not only did our event start late, but then it ended early due to noise complaints. Rather than giving us a warning, we were just shut down. Communication was lacking amungst the managers and all of which had something different and not in sync with what we were told. So not only was the stay in my room terrible but it made the event that I spent money for terrible. I really hope the coordinator of the event does not choose this hotel again.
A refrigerator in room. Bathroom too small.
No view Stains on carpet and counters
Staff friendliness and location of hotel Parking and prices at restaurant.
Fillmore is across the street from the hotel so if you are going for a concert it's a great location. No heat in the room or hotel lobby Blood stain on the bedding when we arrived Was supposed to have a king and got a twin paper thin walls makes it like a porn if you have neighbors having fun Nothing to write home about
Overall the location and cleanliness of the hotel was nice.Pne major issue I had was during check in they told me they had free breakfast and upon getting breakfast thy charged $16 per person. The breakfast food wasn't even worth that much you can get better quality good at other places for that price. I told the manager of the location they never told us there was a charge for the breakfast and was told it was free. The manager did nothing to help all she did was give excuses and ended up paying for 6 people $16 a person. I would understand if they told me this during check in but they told me it was free. Terrible way in the manager in handling it.
Efficient and comfortable stay while in the city either in business or family affairs. It is also well located, a short walking distance from the metro to DC which is a 30 minute ride to the capital.
Staff was great
Great hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, easy access to Arundel Mills, Baltimore and D.C. I had a great time.
Everything about the hotel met expectations and the price was reasonable. The restaurant and bar are best avoided. Overpriced and poor service.
The bed was super comfortable! Loved the indoor pool + hot tub! When I booked the hotel it stated, high speed WiFi and complimentary breakfast. NOPE!!!!! You have to pay $12.49 for the WiFi and we thought the breakfast was COMPLIMENTARY but half was through eating and nice lady put a $39 bill on our table. I asked the reception "that I thought the breakfast was complimentary" they told me that only when you upgrade your room when booking it's free. Well don't be fooled because I was. My conformation says complimentary breakfast, but they told me my room did not come with it! The only reason I booked this hotel was it had great reviews and the WiFi and free breakfast. Let's just say lesson learned and I won't be returning!! If WiFi and free breakfast is a want like it was for me, this hotel is not for you!
Staff was incredible Elevator didn't go all the way to the top floor where we were staying
I loved the bartender at the hotel bar who closed both Friday and Saturday night. She was very guest oriented. There was also a maintenance man who was very helpful on Sunday morning. The staff was great!!! There were kids running around the hotel All hours...they were loud and tracking water all over the lobby since they were running from the pool and then into the lobby and then back to the pool. Develop a system to let guests know if large groups of kids are staying at the hotel.
The staff was great. Very friendly and polite. Very good food in the restaurant. The availability of the shuttle to take people to and from the airport or to the metro stop was a big plus.
Very cleanrooms, nice pool and gym facilities. Bartender using hands in condiments after blowing nose and eating a sandwich. Server in restaurant used hand too. Very gross! Pool area large indoor, nice area.
I always feel comfortable at Aloft locations. All service staff including housekeeping were very friendly and responsive to a "Hello". In general the hotel and room seemed very clean and smelled fine. The bed was very comfortable and the linens bath etc were all in good order But due to some abuse by guests the room was looking a little worn. ie:Scratches in wall finish & headboard.
Nothing This establishment over the duration of four days charged my credit card four times after I had prepaid for the room, not including an incidental charge, totaling $360.00. The staff was not able to explain the charges, and could not get a manager on the phone to speak with me. According to the staff, every time I asked to speak with a manager, there wasn't a manager on duty. The staff would call the manager in my company and be directed to a voice mail, and leave a message. They do have a pool, but the hours of operation are slim. The pool is not open until 4pm when a lifeguard is on duty. That brings me to another issue, I caught the lifeguard smoking marijuana just outside the back door to the hotel (which is right by the pool). I'm not normally against people smoking marijuana, however, I do have an issue with it when peoples lives could be in jeopardy. Because of this experience, I will never stay at another W hotel.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient to airport No continental breakfast
The staff was amazing, Tamera, Jamal, Gladys, Cliff and last but certainly not least Niya! They were so amazing I'd take a trip from Phoenix to Baltimore JUST to see them. They truly are the definition of hospitality My only concern was it took almost 2wks to receive my incidentals deposit back. But that's attributed to processing times through financial institutions.
Decor & layout was unique along with a great snack area, billiards table & social areas in lobby area,. Friendly staff. Though clean lots of scuff marks on walls, stains around shower door hinges , and similar"long term" maintenance things is starting to give a run down appearance to an otherwise unique and fun place to stay.
The bar Room was dirty staff unprofessional
Facility is quite old $ tired. Various things were missing or didn't work. Location is isolated, not close to many restaurants or shops. Staff did all they could to make up for facility shortcomings.
There were no towels in my room. I called 4 times to ask for towels and got no answer.
close to the airport very comfortable bed free coffee non smoking-supposedly some guests were smoking and none of the staff called them on it the entertainment system in the room required a special cord to connect your personal device, which signage said was available at the desk- the 2 girls looked at me as if I had 2 heads and could not find the cords
Check in was easy, no hassle. The room was nice, what you would expect for the price. The bartender was rude. No knowledgeable in the basics of bartending. No continental breakfast. Had to pay $3 for a basic razor
Clean, modern, sleek. Will keep boing back.
The room smelled nice. I paid $5 for a bottle of water and a yogurt. I wanted cereal but they didn't have milk.
Everything was bad about this hotel from the staff to the room. If I was staying for more then one night I would have left the hotel and went to the hotel across the street.
Great room, good wifi The reservation through kayak was messed up. Took a couple hours for hotel manager to get it squared away and check us in. This was very frustrating after a long day of travel. Will really question using this reservation approach in the future.
On site restaurant and bar. Decor was very elegant.
Friendly and professional staff. Could use some additional staff in the lounge.
Checking Out!!! Room not ready, Rude staff, didn't feel welcome, Polystyrene cups in rooms. Breakfasr area looked like a tornado had passed through. Foods not labelled. Staffs outfits needed an iron.
Very nice hotel and the front desk agent was very nice. The shuttle driver on the 7:30am shuttle was great very friendly. They need to cut the trees around the sign on the street. It was a little hard to see.
Clean and comfortable but a bit pricey.Shuttle service to BWI should be more frequent
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool did not open until 3:00pm. (Traveling with kids and main reason for choosing hotel was pool.) Cafe with coffee bar was closed. Very limited convenience items available for purchase. No gift shop. Room had very bright flashing green light all night.
Modern look of the room. Water in the room. The holes in my shower curtain. The stains on my comforter and wash cloths. Being charged twice. Calling the hotel twice to get a refund and still not getting it. Having to call the corporate office to be refunded. Not being comped in any form or fashion.
Great location, nice staff, and very clean. There are no charging stations in the room. They do not have USB plug-in stations so don't forget your charging base.
I liked the bed the most.I wish i couldve taken it home!it was very soft, puffy and clean. Also very high quality. well food should have been included. even if it was more expensive but it would saved you the hassle, and wel trips with the shuttle for those who dont know Baltimore. it was free within 3 miles but i didnt know what i would find to see within 3 miles.(because i know nothing about baltimore)
Nice room, with enough space. Confortable beds and bathroom. The localization is not as good as I imagined. It is about 20 min from DC by car.
The free shuttle to the metro was great. I can't remember the driver's name but he was an older African American man, He was very helpful in getting us to and from the DC convention center. The room was comfortable. The sports bar was terrible, it took forever for a waiter to come over and take drink orders, the food was pretty gross, and I could hear other patrons getting mad at the staff for taking so long. There was only blazing hot or cold for the HVAC unit in the room. There appeared to be a large fight in the parking lot right under my window at 0130 am.
This is basically just your typical mid-price hotel. They have a nice shuttle service that will drop people off at the local Metro station or at NASA-Goddard Space Flight Center. The hotel is fairly isolated. There are a handful of restaurants a 15 minute walk away and that's about it,
price, cleanliness and staff was very helpful
Everything was fine, spacious room with fridge and coffee maker, good food and friendly clerks. I was on a business trip so I could make good use of the complimentary WIFI and the large desk. Furthermore, since I was there during the Soccer World Championship I was really happy about the large flatscreen tv.
We had a nicely sized room, larger two people could ever need, with a clean, organized room and a nice king sized bed The fridge was kind of humming overnight, but since we were only there for one night, we told the front desk on our way out. Besides that nothing!
Not seedy, just tired. Convenient location for me. Mattress old and not very comfortable. Check in slow, and staff didn't seem to be trying very hard to speed it up. Thermostat wasn't working because battery was dead; this was clear in the display but no one had noticed.
The room are clean beds are extremely comfortable, and overall there's many attractions available in the surrounding area.
Perfect surroundings, laid back and soothing. Receptionist were not friendly, are they forced to work?very dissappointing esp.for a hotel industry that works with people.!do something about it!
Unable to get the temperture comfortable in the room. You could not set the temperture is was either on or off. Once you turned it on it got very hot and the minute you turned it off it was cold no in between.
Very good location, close to subway and restaurants and shops. Room was very nice and breakfast was very good and not too crowded. Not a fault of the hotel, but you will need valet parking which was $15 per day.
Convenient location, large rooms and comfortable beds. Lobby had a nice seating area and little store for snacks and sundries. Temperature controls worked well in the room and were relatively quiet once it got up to temperature. The complimentary breakfast area was well laid out and had plenty of selections. Equipment in the fitness center was good although the scale was broken. I did not try the pool, but could smell the chlorine as I got off the elevator.. I only have a couple of complaints - the shower was clogged and so I was standing in 3 inches of water within a minute of turning the shower on. Also, .there were young adults roaming around the halls making noise at 2 am.
The room was immaculate, well designed. Good location
ALL of the staff were excellent - extremely polite and helpful. We were very impressed. The complimentary breakfast was superb. A refrigerator for the room was provided upon request. The cleaning staff left our room door ajar, about which we notified the desk staff. The next day, we weren't provided adequate fresh linens. Otherwise, no complaints.
The staff were polite enough to give me a claim to fill out. I haven't heard anything since. It turns out the door to my room didn't completelt close and lock. I was unaware of this, and while I was away fron my room Friday evening, someone entered my room and stole my bag. No, there was no safe in the room.
No parking. Had to park at a public lot a block away and walk all my stuff down.
Great location in downtown Silver Spring, within child friendly walking distance to the Metro. Somehow quiet in the midst of busy area. Staff friendly. Last night of stay, climate control unit on at highest fan setting over the wee hours, upsetting sleep on day of long travel ahead. Situation not satisfactorily rectified.
The hotel room was a great size and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful and with free breakfast included, I don't think you can get a better deal for the location in downtown Silver Spring. Don't like that there's only valet parking. Kind of hard to find because of construction going on around it.
The place is quiet. Did not clean the room until we called late in the afternoon. Had problems with heating in the room.
The beds and pillows were comfortable. The drive to DC was easy and quick.
Everything in room was clean. I had no issues. The staff was very extremely friendly.
The room was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous when I arrived to check in. I appreciated the bill being slipped under the door. My overall stay at the hotel was enjoyable. I do plan on staying here again.
It is easy to drive to subway station. The internet is not free at guest room.
closed to many locations, and price some of the employees were not so kind and didn't make your life easier: not giving solutions
Comfy bed, clean room, restaurant and bar was worth it. Movie theater was within walking distance across the parking lot. I didn't realize a microwave wasn't included in my room.
The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Staff at desk and Club Room very friendly and hospitable. Enjoyed the meals in hotel restaurant with pleasant and efficient bartender. Did not get a chance to use workout room or pool.
Very clean and comfortable.
Shuttle service Not having breakfast for free and it was expensive to buy given the quality.
Comfortable, clean hotel with professional and helpful staff. Room keys got demagnetized twice during our two-night stay, bit of an inconvenience when carrying luggage and whatnot upstairs, then having to go back down. Staff were helpful and apologetic in fixing the problem.
I loved the cleanliness of the room and that it was large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The furniture and room environment seems kind of dated.
The restaurant within the hotel was great. Really good food and service. The lobby was also very welcoming, and the rooms, as well as the hotel overall, were very clean.
Room was clean and close to the airport.
I loved it. I woul be staying there again real soon, breakfast was great, I had a comfortable sleep everything was amazing
Welcome when first arrived. Good location. Good price. Room was well appointed, roomy and clean. Just right - bar, food, just the right size. Had to leave after the weekend.
The bed was comfortable and the room smelled and looked clean! I was impressed.
I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. It was a great deal, the staff was extremely professional and attentive and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again!
The staff made me feel welcome. Every one of them seemed eager to help me in any way.
Front desk staff were very good. The entire staff encountered from valet , house keeping and bartender were great. Love the dining space Uncared for rooms. Poor workmanship in bathrooms. Cracks , chipped and scratched doors. Cracked sinks. Granite counters do not hide poor quality bathrooms.
The restaurant/bar The sheets were very scratchy. The bed was not soft. Not what I have come to expect from Sheratons. Did not get a good nights sleep because of it. This is important to me. I would probably choose another location next time I'm in the area.
Proximity to restaurants, the airport and the mall for shopping. The friendly, knowledgeable staff is a bonus. Nothing that would keep me from not coming back.
the location was perfect. they had a free shuttle from airport and free parking. nothing

Really should be rated a 4 star. Nice newer Sheraton, very clean driving and updated property.
The staff and manager went out of their way to make our stay great.
Absolutely nothing, staff are terrible, rooms are beyond old and creepy, housekeeping doesn't even know how to make a bed properly, more like an old bed and breakfast! There was dirty pillow cases... Ewwww and towels! Worst hotel ever Absolutely nothing, staff are terrible, rooms are beyond old and creepy, housekeeping doesn't even know how to make a bed properly, more like an old bed and breakfast! Great location The room wasn't as clean as expected

The hotel was convenient to the activities I partook in. This was not a 3.5 star hotel. The bathroom was not up to par. The shower had cracks in the tile and had mildew spots in the bottom corners
I was picked up at the airport by shuttle late at night and taken to the Hampton where I was promptly checked in with no problems. My room was quiet and restful. I was alone but felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was complementary and good. Everything was just what I needed. Nothing.
The Hampton Inn Baltimore-Washington gave us a free shuttle to the airport and back when we returned. This was very convenient and appreciated. No complaints.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Donna, our van driver. The breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices. The fruit was fresh. It was a 5 minute drive to the airport.
The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly. The room was dirty and outdated. The bed was a hard slab.
Room was clean, bed was a bit too hard for us but it is in a great location and property appears to be well taken card of. Very busy due to proximity to airport. Shuttle was prompt in pickup and drop off at airport. Day driver during weekdays of shuttle was very friendly and could teach front desk how to treat guests. Saw little hospitality from front desk staff. No welcome to Hampton Inn or thank you upon check out. It takes so little to show you appreciate your guests.
Affordable price. comfortable and clean room. Nice hot breakfast. Counter in the bathroom had an odd stain in the granite on it clearly wasn't dirty just kind of odd.
It was clean, quiet, and their free shuttle was super convenient. Breakfast was good also.
Great front desk person. Adequate breakfast. The facilities were tired and needed freshening.
Staff was friendly, rooms are modern and very clean. Super comfy bed and pillows
Very noisy from the jet traffic. Heat pump 3' from the bed went on every three minutes and ran for just one. Making a third party reservation deleted the free parking for our trip. Manager forced us to move the car to long term parking off site even after offering to pay extra....unbending. Totally unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend Hampton, they have lost me and my company personnel as a customer.
i feel because we booked on line the room we were given was the worst available.first and second rooms were end of hallways and one was handicapped. then then next room had a bad odor we were told it had been thoroughly cleaned and the odor must be from that.t appears when we book on line we are given rooms that are the worst available We have.stayed a about 20 locations in the past year and windup with problem rooms booked on line many times. We were told on two occasions that priority rooms go to direct booking customers. When we book direct we seldom have a issue.I know are experience is a small sample, but there seems to be a trend .
Very clean hotel, seems to be newer. Large king room, great staff, good location to Merriweather Post Pavilion, 10 -12 min drive. So nice to have kitchen & fridge in room as you are better off cooking yourself than eat in Columbia, MD. Best extended stay hotel in the area. Only flaw of the room is that the kitchen could use a few more pots / dishes / utensils. We used it a lot as the dining options in Columbia MD are just depressing. The town of Columbia MD is a giant strip mall / shopping center / business park. Unless you are going for an event at Merriweather Post, there is no reason to stop in this city
Sonesta was beyond clean, the rooms were comfortable the staff were nice The complimentary breakfast was great. I just can't find any fault in it. I had the best stay in the hotel. The moment I stepped into the hotel I was like " I am going online to rate this hotel a 5 star after my stay" I didn't have a change of mind all through my stay. Nothing
Clean room. We had previously visited this facility and were impressed enough to return less than a month later. We make frequent trips to DC so was looking for a place to stay on a regular basis. Pet Friendly turned out to be a $75 fee for a one night stay. I have stayed at facilities and paid $15 but not $75! We have a small scnoodle that doesn't shed. I can't imagine what the $75 cleaning fee was used for. I would have preferred to have the fee disclosed on our reservation. I could have had a pet sitter come to my house for less money. Another problem was the heat - the room took 4 hours to warm up. The staff said this was normal and if it lasted all night they would compensate us. They said there were no alternative rooms available which I didn't believe based upon size of hotel and cars in parking lot. I think they just didn't want to accommodate people with a pet. Definitely not pet friendly.
Location. Cleanliness. Breakfast and Happy Hour.
this hotel was perfect! Me and boyfriend stayed here for a night for the Sweetlife Festival! It was our first time in Maryland. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, especially when we asked for directions to get somewhere; instead of just telling us where the location was they actually printed out directions for us. The rooms for very clean and very spacious almost like a mini one room apartment. The kitchen was a decent size they give you plates, cups forks..ect..to use. also nice seating area for when you want to just relax without laying in bed. Also it was nice that they had a shampoo and conditioner and body wash despensor right in the shower so if you forgot something it was right there for you! Also this hotel was located close enough to the city part of columbia but far enough to not be in the hossel of it all. also free breakfast! also the price was desent for what your getting! and check out wasnt until 12 which was lovely so we didnt feel rushed in the morning to get out of there! I would defiantly stay at this hotel whenever we go back to maryland. the breakfast wasnt the best. but you could always make your own if you felt like it in your own personal kitchen!
very friendly - willing to go the extra mile for you
easy check in close to highway into the city Clogged sink, very loud, poor appliances our iron and hair dryer barely worked and when asked about it they said it was functioning as normal.
The Quality Nothing.....
My toilet kept getting clogged and my tv wouldn't turn off and couldn't change the channel
