We booked a car in Poland, we traveled there 50 hours and when we arrived they didn't give the car to us. They said the reason is that we didn't have a credit card. Good that they informed us before haha. We were in a very bad position because of that.

Good except that I left my prescription sunglasses in the car and it’s was extremely difficult to contact someone about that issue. I tried to reach someone that exact same day and the next day with no luck. After many attempts I finally did reach someone. They still have not located them and I know exactly where I left them, in the rented vehicle. I’m hoping they will be found. No one would take my prescription sunglasses so they must be in the vehicle or in the lost and found.

It was as if the vehicle and price I booked thru kayak didn’t exist when I showed up to the enterprise desk in Bozeman . They didn’t have the vehicle I rsvp’d and I ended up paying double for the only thing they had. So what’s the point of the kayak reservation if the car and price don’t apply? The staff was nice, but i basically started over from scratch when I got there and had to pay double the quote on kayak .

The service at the counter both when we picked up and dropped off for excellent the car was very good on gas we only really used a quarter tank the only thing was there were some empty water bottles we found underneath the seats that rolled into the back but other than that the car was perfect the service was excellent it served its purpose

We reserved a car off site because it was much cheaper. We walked with our luggage to go pick up the car. Joe was our salesman, he was very friendly but added $31 per day coverage that I told him I didn't want. I was charged basically double for the car rental because of that. I will never rent from Avis again and will definitely check the fine print next time regardless of nice talking agents. Very unhappy!!

Dirty car inside, like totally dirty and mark no damages, but there was damages and it was hard to c them at night what was the pick up. I was lucky to find the damages on a rental parking lot and make the photos, otherwise they would ask me to pay for them. The request of 2 credit cards as guaranteed was shock, they said we need two of your credit cards as it a luxury car. Lucky me I have 2

Supplier choice

The supplier choice is apparently an EV even though I didn’t select the EV option. They require you to bring the car back charged. For a one day rental to the airport, that is not realistic. I was also charged for gas, which I had stopped near the airport and filled up. I eventually got a credit but the whole thing was a hassle and didn’t leave me feeling good about renting from Budget in the future.

Pick up process was ridiculous. I'm not exaggerating--standing outside (not in any type of building or cover) for 56 minutes while they tried to figure out rentals for myself and 7 other customers. Ended up just giving me a size up, was not cleaned well, didn't have record of what fuel level was at, and staff spoke all of 3 words to me. I saw the poor reviews at this location and figured, how bad can it be? Yes I got my vehicle and it worked fine, but the entire pick up and drop off experience was horrible and I do not plan to rent from this brand at this airport again.
