Pros:Staff was very friendly. Car was very nice.
Cons:A little more info in how the shuttle picked you up and where.
Pros:They called me to arrange the ride from the airport to the rental site. So convenient!
Pros:The service was incredible. They sent a shuttle on time to pick us up without me having to do anything but make the reservation. They were super friendly and made us feel welcome. A real nice surprise for a rental company!
Cons:Nothing on their end. I was unsure how it'd work with the shuttle and you could tell people that they'll show up just for you based on your time input upon reservation. This personal service is such a nice benefit that you could let the customer know upon reservation on Kayak. But the service itself was perfect!
Pros:Plane was late, they shut down for the evening and went home, stranding me at the aiport.
Cons:Show up -- Duh!
Pros:Off-site but -much- friendlier than inside airport. Given local number in case I had issues. Had no issues. Thank you for your part in a memorable stay.
Cons:Features of the Ford took a little while to get used to but it was ok!
Cons:Was supposed to pick up car at the Depot in Whitefish, MT. Car was not there, they had to bring it from FCA airport. Then they wanted to charge my a $35 delivery fee! They waived this fee before I would sign.

Pros:we were able to pick up the car quickly
Cons:The car itself was not good. When we asked if the car had 4 wheel drive we were told we would be fine without it without ever inquiring into where we were going-we could’ve used four wheel drive. While driving just along the highways themselves the car had difficulty maintaining speed and struggled at the slightest incline. The Bluetooth connection in the car was spotty at best; not to mention if you need to plug your phone in it wouldn’t play navigation from that phone anymore. If any of us had been traveling alone with this vehicle it would’ve been almost dangerous trying to read navigation from our phones the whole time. Having a good system for navigation on a rental car should absolutely be standard.
Pros:We did a one way rental and everything went as planned. Staff at both enterprise locations were efficient and very professional.
Cons:We arrived early into Whitefish and had hoped to pick up our vehicle early but there was insufficient inventory. Not the company’s fault but some flexibility would have been ideal.
8.8 Very good
Pros:Staff at Enterprise is always superior. Helpful, fun, friendly.
Cons:this one cost a bundle and it was a mid-size SUV.
Pros:The woman running the place when I picked up the car was terrific! Friendly, well-informed, helpful.
Pros:The branch manager, Krystal, was absolutely fantastic!!
Pros:drop was easy. immediate shuttle to FCA airport. Customer service rep proactively met me outside to do final paperwork

Pros:Super friendly staff. Very easy rental and return. One of my better rental experiences.
Pros:Got car I needed and everything went quick and smooth
Pros:Thecar was ok but not what I ordered. They offered me $20 off per day which frankly was an insult. They initially offered me a hundai sonata which would totally not work for 4 large adults. I booked the car 3 months ago so I gave them way more lead time than necessary,
Pros:Check in and paperwork were simple
Cons:Parking lot is 100 yards from the terminal and in the dirt.
Pros:The best van i ever rented
Cons:would aways prefer unlimited miles did not like the restriction as we were out west in a national park
Pros:Friendly, accomodating, prompt service and delivery of clean car,
