I booked a car on kayak from enterprise. The next day I get a call from Enterprise that they don’t have any cars available and they want to put me on a waiting list. I had to pick my wife up at the airport. The regional manager should be fired. Imagine going to McDonald’s and they are out of fre7.2 Good

I particularly chose Santa Fe 4wd for my rental car but a Dodge crossover front wheel drive was given to me. The picture shown for selecting a car was not the one given to customers. This is very disappointing.Hertz

Cons:
Totally unfriendly staff. Had to wait 45 min so they can bring the vehicle ( was paid and scheduled time up front)from another location. Then It was washed. Foggy inside glass, half a tank gas, etc.. Hertz quality suppose to be above all the other rental companies in the world?10.0 Wonderful
