The staff do not listen. They will smile and agree with you to only ignore you. You can even write a letter and it won’t help. The breakfast selection is limited and for the product the Sofitel Central is a better product on all fronts.

The package we booked was little disappointing, wouldn't go back to Charles Restaurant again, lots of staff zero care and no customer service.
