There were footprints all over the walls and two giant holes on the wall as well.
This days inn was great my son and I stayed there for two days while we went to sesame place. It was very close to the amusement park and the price and service was great I would definitely recommend.
Overall the bed was comfortable and the cable was enough to get me through the week. The shower curtain had a large stain on it. The carpets needs to be vaccumed. Really needs to be cleaned better when guess arrive.
We got a room with a king bed and sofa bed and were pleasantly surprised to see that it was a full-size sofa with a double bed. Pool was nice. Staff were helpful. Toilet continually made dripping noises--never fully stopped after flushing. Bed was really hard! No free breakfast--especially with having 2 kids with us this would have been great.
Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Room was spacious and had nice work area
It had a pool. The room looked tired. We were given a handicap room and neither of us are handicapped. The room was through Hotel.com and I think they looked at us differently because of that factor. The room was cleaned but they didn't replace the toilet paper roll in the dispenser.
Friendly stay and very comfortable beds !
The food! Thumbs-up to the Blue Room! Nothing I can think of.
It had a comfortable bed and a convenient location The elevators took forever and it was kind of dingy. They seemed overwhelmed by the number of people checking in at one time.
I like that they had a restaurant & bar in the hotel! They also had lost of outside sitting areas that was great Needs renovations, and updates pool area wasn't so clean! Lots of people complained about there key cards not working, also when I check in the hotel they gave me the wrong room, and it's nothing like the pictures online!
Loud guests. Children running in the hall. No consideration for smokers. The room was advertised as a smoking room but the whole hotel is nonsmoking. I was overcharged and my money wasn't refunded. I'll never stay there again or use booking.com.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hallways were quiet. Bar was roomy with a nice variety. Indoor pool was a nice size and did not get too crowded. walking distance to some stores and variety of restaurants within a mile. 10 minutes to sesame place. Surprised it was not more expensive. Great value! Shower in the room was very basic but served the purpose.
Proximity to Sesame Place It's old and smells. In desperate need of renovations
Restaurant on site, although I never ate at it. Staff was anything but helpful especially when trying to extend my stay for one more night. I ended up leaving to stay at a different helpful despite paying for a room there anyway. Hallways were extremely busy and loud at all hours.
I asked for service from the front desk, and each time the gentleman followed through and was kind. The toilet seat was so loose, that it moved sideways every time you sat down. Also, the toilet would not turn off. Once you flushed it, it would fill and turn off, but then it would turn back on and stay on. The water drained very slowly in the shower.
We booked this hotel because we went to Sesame Place. I was searching for a hotel that had a pool and free breakfast and this hotel had it all with the bonus of a playground. Also, they had a balloon animal maker and a face painter during breakfast. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was "non smoking" but definitely reeked of smoke. Also, the pool was closed. Huge bummer since that was why I booked this place. There were areas of the room that were not very clean. Made me wish I had my own cleaning supplies.
Proximity to places in the area Noisy, difficult to communicate with staff, handicap room
As I was up most of the night during Storm Stella determining how it was going to impact a facility I run in the area I was happy to find out that the bed was comfortable and that the blackout curtains were well adjusted so that I was able to sleep that next day. The cleaning staff woke me up in the morning telling me that I was supposed to check out even though I was registered for another night. . One main reason I had chosen this hotel was that it had on onsite restaurant/bar so that I would not have to go out in the blizzard. Unfortunately the restaurant did not open for the 48 hours I was in the hotel. The water pressure was very low and the water only moderately hot. The rooms really need to be updated. In this digital age I shouldn't have to pull the sofa away from the wall to get at a power outlet.
Liked Nothing. We did not realize rooms were rented out to long term tenants like apartments. So although there were only a dozen cars in the parking lot, every room was occupied on our entire floor (100 rooms on 2nd flr). It was NOISY even past midnight with crying babies, children, people outside. Only positive was that we weren't robbed in the night, and our vehicle was not broken into. Way too much hair on bathroom floor, chewed gum on bathroom floor in two different areas, dirty towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Fridge motor rattled, we unplugged it. Broken bed /frame, we couldn't wait to get out of there. We chose it becuz of its proximity to Sesame Place and didn't like the Sheraton at Sesame where we stayed during our visit last year.
Our room was comfortable. I felt the breakfast options were good considering it's complimentary. And being able to spend a day at the hotels pool with my daughter was relaxing. Although it's not the hotels fault my biggest complaint would be the construction going on on the main road in front of the hotel. You have to go a little out of your way to get to it because of it and when you don't know the area that can be a bit frustrating.
Loved the room, very comfortable and clean. Loved that they provided shaving cream and a loofa sponge, nice touch There was no coffee pot in the room.
The hotel as wonderful. They accomodated me when booking.com did not put through my reservation even though the hotel was full.
Staff was very friendly. There was a problem between Booking.com & Sheraton where the hotel did not have the reservation, the staff handled everything and worked it out. I was very impressed. None
Friendly staff I didn't like that our reservation was never booked, whne we arrived and were forced to stay in a smoking room.
nice facility, nice hotel, but small restaurant, breakfast was hugely expensive, no menu, room was empty. (food was good but overpriced).
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very close to Sesame Place. Free parking! There was no fridge in the room and it costs 20$ to have it included.
Room heater didn't work, we were not accommodated for it. Also places like that should include breakfast.
location Doesn´t look like a Sheraton Hotel...
Seemed nice at first glanse, some staff were good. Nice pool in basement. Don' ge caught! They say it cones with breakfast like most normal restaurants; It does NOT. MANY other customers were offended by this (including the tables all around us). Felt nickel & dimed, humiliated. We complained and they made it up to us by throwing in breakfast (as advertized), but one guy at the front desk tried to stand by his guns, insisting that they made it clear on their website (ie that the customer was wrong).... Went back and checked.... Kayak had nothing about no breakfast, and Sheraton Bucks County had FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED -falsely. Felt so sorry for the guy at the table next to us who was a returning vet & also got duped by them-- except he jus coughed it up and got ripped off by them. He also mentioned that the discriminated against him as a returning war veteran by offering him a more expensive price if he said he was a vet. When he complained the said it was just how it is.
Room looked newly updated. Friendly front desk staff. Hot tub was out of order. Pool looked dirty.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, flat screen cable tv....best deal around for staying at Parx casino
Close to the main road, shopping and the Pa. Turnpike. The fact that I stayed one night and left and there was no refund for the additional two nights.
clean nice smell nice size bed was a little chilly didn't have heat just air.
Price was reasonable and staff was friendly No hair dryer in room and it took 3 tries to get a working iron.
I thought the price was great! I can't think of anything I didn't like.
the room overall was good. nice size beds and counter space. that there is no refrigerator in the rooms and there is no iron either. and this past time that we stayed there the ice machine was out of order in the front of the motel and we had to walk all the way to the next building on the top floor to get ice. and the front office did not know that the ice machine was out of order.
I like to get a printed receipt fornmy expenses. Please resend my receipt I didn't get an email
Easy access to Philly, Modern well-designed, friendly staff Stains on room carpet, bedspread, missing iron, blown light bulbs in desk lamp and bed lamp
I like the staff. They are very courteous and friendly. For the price, the room wasn't as clean as during my last visit (the bathroom, bedding and towels were fine but the rug and chair in the room had stains). Some lights in the room didn't work. There are cheaper hotels in the area that are cleaner.
Great location, friendly staff, good live entertainment. Pool stays open later than other hotels Pool very small, Lots of young children unsupervised in pool area/fitness center. Very hectic in pool. No staff member present to enforce pool rules. Rooms had no microwave, food/snack items were pricy in comparable to other local hotels. Breakfast was not complimentary. Not really worth paying the price with no incentives to be there. Expensive for nothing.
Price compared to others in area Unique room layout - not designed like all others Bed comfort was 6/10 Other Aloft hotels I have stayed in had nicer showers with 2 outlets etc. expected the same but didn't have it.
Heated pool ; good bar; excellent location; friendly staff; trendy
Racially discriminated against and racial profiling took place at the Aloft tonight I stay there very poor customer service skills people not wearing uniforms are badges so that you know who they are just a very poor and horrible experience all together
Unfriendly staff that couldn't be bothered, broken fixtures in the bathroom, room door had large air gaps letting in hallway noise
if.you're on your way to somewhere else and have small children, you can't really go wrong. its a solid stop over. Hotel staff were great. cleanliness needs to be upgraded. the "water park " was great but not for thr price charged ($20 per person).
I was visiting cousins in Philly and the Jersey suburbs and this place was very convenient. There are many hotels in the area but I wanted to avoid the 'over used' names since it is at a very busy crossroad area of America. This Hyatt Place was about the same size as most roadhouses, but it's a class apart. The room was more like a suite, very modern and nicely laid-out and furnished. It had a wet-bar area and generous work desk plus a giant screen TV with a wrap-around sofa viewing area. Big comfy king bed with extra pillows. Classy breakfast and goodies included. Very friendly and attentive staff. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Absolutely pleased in every way. Staff very pleasant. Room clean and modern.
Not uch offered on what they call breakfast. You are lead to believe that they have a hot breakfast. It is not FREE, you will be billed for it. Nice rooms and updated though. Cut back services since they updated.
Stayed here for a weekend visit to Philly with a GOOD BUY deal. Great place. Clean spacious room. Upscale room decor. 24 hour bar and food (limited) in lobby. Nice breakfast, although ends early for a Sunday (10am). Easy access to Philly. Right off NJ Turnpike (a little hard to find at night - in a corporate business park.). Chilli's a walk. Other restaurants in area.
42 in TV flat screen -great for watching sports and playing video games -bring your own play- system. Comfortable queen size bed. Sitting area-perfect for entertaining friends. Snack / coffee bar appeared to be finished but not in operation. Used the compter /printer downstairs in nook near lobby area at no charge. Overall, a good comfortable to stay. One resturant within walking distance.
Great place. Located in a great area with lots of other things to do. Staff was helpful and the rooms were kept clean!
it is the best hotel in mount laurel that i have stayed at. will stay there on my next visit.
WOW! This hotel was so clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very large and had all the amenities you could need. The only trouble we had was keeping the temperature in the room comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel!
The hotel is located in a quiet group of other small hotels and small businesses. The roads around the hotel had little traffic so that running was possible. The major road Rt 73 required the use of a jug-head for turn-around or one could drive through the small roads to Attium Road which allowed left turns. Located near restaurants: On the Border and Sage Diner. The room and nearby guests were quiet. The internet access was good. I would stay again because it was a good value for the money.
Front staff was rude. A foreign student group was making a lot noise during the night.
Very friendly and helpful staff Got a non-smoking room that stunk like smoke. The front desk made the situation right.
The room was spacious and clean. I had gotten Lasik surgery at the clinic next door and spent the night here to heal. Staff was very accommodating and guided me through the halls when I couldn't see. Would definitely recommend this place.
The place was not clean. Upon checking to our room the bathroom floor was covered with black marks, the tub along with toilet seat were dirty. The hotel could have been a lot more cleaner.
The place is conveniently located near Sesame Street Place which was the reason why we choose it. They do offer a shuttle to and from the park which is a huge benefit. They don't have a continental breakfast anymore. Which is rough since their coffee bar is really expensive and when you have little kids the "fancy" food isn't really what they will eat. The other complaint I have is with the shuttle. While it is useful and does provider transportation to and from the park there were times the shuttle didn't show up for like 15-20 minutes. This is really bad since the shuttle is only going half a mile to and from the hotel.
Staff was very friendly and the location was great. Overall we were very comfortable there. The pool was warm and the gym was clean. Pool and dining areas were small.
The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was dirty with mold in the shower. No one told us the pool was out of order then they tried to lie about it just happening. The food from the bistro wasn't that good. Too expensive for what we got.
Location, convenience, price.
I was starving when I checked in - ordered a prime rib burger - came out looking like a spider. Very small. The roll was steal and probably 3 days old - the. Usher was so dry that I did. not have enough ketchup to cover the horrible taste. Went to room, and the mini bats are empty

Everything. This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at on all levels and aspects of what a hotel should be
very clean and large room no
The room was comfortable and clean. Although the website said 'Pet Friendly' and I found them through a 'Hotels that accept Pets in Mt. Laurel' search, when registered, we were told there was a $100 fee for my 5 lb. Toy Poodle that I was not told before. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!
Absolutely one of the best hotel stays I will definitely return it has a pool and a basketball court I loved it and so did the kids
Location, room size, accommodations, clean and exceptional staff. We arrived earlier than anticipated and were able to get a room immediately. Staff helped us with additional reservations. We will be returning again soon. Minor noise from a small child jumping off the furniture in the room above us however that soon stopped. I assume that the parent got rapid control of the situation. Minor incident and only happened once during our two day stay.

Really nice rooms Very poor layout, a lot of walking every time you left your room. The rooms smelled like smoke.
The room was really nice and clean The pool has a lot of clorine.
The free shampoo. They did not accommodate my request for a pet free room and non feathered bedding even though I called two days in advance.
Good experience No. nothing wrong to report
The room was large enough for my husband, myself and my teenage boys. The staff was very nice and willing to make us feel welcome, supplying those "left at home' items. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. I just wish breakfast was not so expensive. I did not like the pillows, they were very uncomfortable.
Convenient location and great staff Expensive with no perks. Breakfast and dinner were very expensive for so-so food. Beds were ok, pillows were awful.
Horrible service. Never had maid service and front desk very rude when I asked for towels. Check in was slow and they had all of our details incorrect.
the room was clean and what I expected. location was good, though somewhat difficult to find. service was poor. I had only decaf coffee packets in my room when I checked in - then was told by the desk clerk that he couldn't get me any regular ones. the shower nozzle came off in my hand when trying to adjust it
Very convient for sesame place. Also went to Princeton from there. Staff was always very helpful. One manager-I believe his name was Angelo, gave out stickers and toys to my two young children during breakfast. Love that the very big breakfast was included. We stayed in a king suite which was perfect for my husband and two young children and myself. Was definitely worth the money. The first room we were placed in was nonsmoking but wreaked of smoke. We told the front desk and they moved us right away.
The location & the breakfast buffet. Everything was fresh & tasty. We were there for two ayes. Housekeeping did not clean our room. When I called the front desk, they were very apologectic.
Nothing. Hotel smells of smoke and mold. Bed linens were dirty on arrival. Sofa bed was broken and my older daughter fell through it the first night. The hotel is seemingly under construction with trash, trucks and dirt everywhere yet we never saw anyone working. Staff was rude. Breakfast was terrible. You get what you pay for I guess.
Was formally a Holiday Inn and is in the middle of remodeling.I stayed here when it was a Holiday Inn and they are making improvements but still do not have it all together, Breakfest bar was good but the room although updated appears warn. My TV remote did not work and the channels were limited. It was quiet but that was because no one was there!
The room was pretty clean as was the hotel itself. Perfect for a one night stay with our two young boys for our trip to Sesame Place The pool was under construction which wasn't stated when I booked the hotel so my kids were a little bummed. Additionally my shower was dirty and the fridge wasn't emptied after the last guest, there was an egg in the fridge when we got there
We booked 2rooms only they had us only registered for 1 , we had to take a smoking room because that is all they had. The woman at the front desk went up and sprayed it before we went in and help me carry my bags..
Adequate complimentary breakfast, hot coffee throughout the day, plenty of free papers. Most of the hotel undergoing rebuilding, room was shabby and should have been redone before courtyard. Most outlets in room were in lamp bases, bulbs flickered while light was off, and frige/microwave stand swayed alarmingly, like furniture you buy for a dorm room.
Nice Staff, very helpful. Great Breakfast, lots of Choices and plenty of everything. Rooms and Breakfast/Bar areas clean and well maintained even though the breakfast rush. Beds comfortable. Had a very nice time. Had a small problem with needing an extra pillow. A new staff member said it would cost me $50. I talked to another lady and she checked on it and discovered the new staff member had looked up the price for taking the pillow instead of just requesting one for the night from housekeeping. I received a pillow without charge soon after. It would have been nice to have the staff a little bit better informed.
Clean, fairly quiet, excellent staff. Good breakfast. Clock radio in room did not have the correct time, and there was no way to fix it manually.
Quiet location and quiet rooms, very comfortable.
It was clean. And we enjoyed the breakfast When we got there the pool was closed. My children were looking forward to swimming and only were able to swim 1 of the days
Clean room and friendly staff Really noisy near the elevator
I love the convenience, great staff and happy atmosphere. The rain.
the room was clean, annd huge. Joe at the front desk was very friendly when we arrived at 1 am. no
After canceling my reservation at a prior hotel due to the lack of cleanliness I found this room at a great rate and they were able to accommodate for my pets.
The accomodations were clean and well kept, and rooms were updated. Both nights I stayed the hotel hosted large groups. While I understand that the noise of 50 pre-teen girls are not exactly controllable by the hotel, I would have appreciated some consideration in my room placement. I was traveling with a 20 month old, and the shrieking and stomping continued well past 12 am. Same deal the next night, but with a different group.
Clean, comfortable, close to highway and mall Not very kid friendly.
I have to say I have never been to a hotel with such a lovely and friendly staff. I have never stayed at a nicer hotel for a cheaper price. I was extremely satisfied with my stay in it's entirety. I would 100% stay at this hotel again.
