Got a local rental with ease.Cons:
The dates I requested got changed and I didn't notice till a day before picking up the car. I was forced to make rental changes at the last minute so paid top dollar!!! It could have been worse had I not checked my reservation a couple of days before picking up.7.6 Good

On the pickup date they had me waiting for the car and wen they finally had it the told me it needed an oil change and if I wanted the car right away I would have to take the car myself to do the oil change, otherwise I had to wait longer. The car was not even vacuumed or washed wen i got it. Also wen i got to my destination I noticed that the plate sticker was expired. When I told them about it they told me I could have driven it like that and if I have gotten a ticket they would have paid for it.2.0 Poor

Line of people waiting. Then they asked for a major credit card for my second driver which she does not have and has not had this request before when signing up as a second driver. Didn't have time to deal with it. Took my own car. Also - We learned that there is no night drop-off. Will not be using this location again.4.8 Mediocre

The patience the team displayed with me was awesome and heart warming! Due to a mistake with the call center I wasn't fully prepared for my rental as far as full documentation- Stacey was extremely patient as I scrambled to find someone to help me out with my rental, all in all I was at the office from about 8 am - 4 pm on CHRISTMAS EVE! Thanks guys it's hard to find patience and good customer service nowadays- you gave me hope this Christmas Season!Cons:
The stipulations with renting, another form needs to be added; or more forms of credit/debit accepted. My wait was only so long because I was using a pre-paid AMEX. I'm not one to really wholeheartedly trust banks so I use third party pre-paid. Cash should be used and accepted too!Hertz

Staff was not friendly and not helpful. I was told that they don't have a car for me, even though I made a reservation. I don't recommend this location at all!Cons:

supposed to pick up my rental at 9 am , waited one hour for a car to be lockated , another 1 hour drive to pick up the car , and another 1 hour drive back to first location , after all i missed my 5day trip , and when i returned the car after 2 days , got charge 70% of the price , talk to hertz associate and her response was “ unfortunately nothing i can do ....2.0 Poor

This was booked as an airport rental. The agency is 45 minutes away form the airport. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the rental and re-book at the airport. This was a very poor way to treat a traveler.Chicago Van Rentals
