Cons: I could not cancel the car when I found that I no longer needed it.

Cons: They were out of cars and I waited over an hour to be helped by the man working for him to inform me of this.

confusing pick up

Pros: I thought my pick up was in SLC, but apparently it was at the downtown marriot in SLC not the airport. And the airport didn't have any 4 wheel drives left. The airport Hertz offered me a Camry for the same price, so I took it. They told me there was no recourse as I booked it through you, a third party. So it was a little disappointing and I was thankful Hertz worked with me. The told me this happens often.

Pros: It was average.

Cons: The car did not have a full tank of gas when I picked it up yet i was expected to return it with one.

Service is horrible

Pros: Not much. Price was expensive, service was horrible

Cons: Returning the car. They didn't give any confirmation that they got the car. I called them about 75 times and got the answering machine. Had to call different Hertz numbers like service, so I told them I returned the car and they took the info. I won't be renting from them again. Ever.
