Budget has the best prices, but you get what you pay for. Their customer service is horrible. We were told prior to leaving "don't worry about vacuuming, just don't bring it back crazy dirty". Before we dropped it off we made sure it was as clean as possible without vacuuming, even going so far as wiping surfaces with clorox wipes. All that was left was a few crumbs from being in a car on a road trip for 4 days with four people. Nothing a 15 minute vacuuming wouldn't fix. When we dropped it off, the guy at the counter lectured us he "horribly messy it was inside." And then he proceeded to gaslight us about the "no vacuuming comment. It was the same guy who gave us the car and he acted like "i would never say that!"Reviewed Jan 8 2025

Pros:Vehicle was clean. Got an Expedition for price of minivan when they didn’t have the minivan we reserved. Gave $15 discount to offset poorer gas mileage of the Expedition vs minivan.Cons:1) Website let me reserve a minivan, including payment, but they didn’t actually have a minivan. We got an Expedition at minivan price, but it doesn’t have the storage capacity or gas mileage of a minivan. 2) Vehicle had 3/4 tank at start so we were told we only needed to have 3/4 tank when returning. The paperwork (which I should’ve verified) said it was a full tank at start so I had to return it with a full tank.Reviewed Jul 1 2020
