Cons: I paid more in taxes than what the car cost to rent. Never had that happen at any other Hertz I've rented from. Terrible value for money. Also the car was not well maintained inside or out. I've never rented such a junker before.

They didn't have a car for me at my scheduled time. Delayed by 4 hours
Cons: The customer service was poor. Was almost four hours late in getting me a car. Didn't even offer any apology or offset for delaying me.

Don't do business with this Hertz
Cons: I prepaid for my car and they didn't have it when I got there. They don't answer the phone. They promised me a car on the next business day and still never had one, despite me calling and getting a ride back to the office to check again on a car.

Cons: They didn't have the right car and tried to charge us more for a smaller car
Pros: The pickup took minutes and the upgrade was fantastic!
Cons: Liked everything about this. In fact they were hoping the key box would be installed when I got back and it was. I was glad about that because I returned the card during a time they were closed.

Overall great experience
Pros: Car wasn't what I was expecting, but it was better, UPGRADE!
Cons: I had to go back and get my receipts because I needed to turn them in with the after hours checking. Then they mail them back to me? Strange.

Vehicle not available at rental site
Cons: Reserved 12 passenger van at an off-airport rental site. Called to verify since I reserved an hour before pickup but could not navigate the automated phone system but I did speak with a Budget central reservation person who said it should be available. Did not have the large van I had reserved. Substituted a 10 passenger van (only one available) that had not been cleaned and I talked them into renting it to me. I even had to drive another 40 miles to pick-up license plates for the vehicle.
We loved the van we rented for our trip but it was at a premium price. The reservation system should not have shown that a van was available.
Cons: when I was calling to set up a ride to our local enterprise I was told I needed the cost upfront for the rental and a $250.00 deposit. This was not doable for me and I cancelled the reservation. Enterprise added this deposit requirement amount recently.
