All was fine except the pickup. There were about 6 customers that waited almost an hour for the Budget rep to arrive at the window so we could rent a car. I understand that things were crazy because of the snow, but is snow really that unusual for Aspen? After the Budget rep arrived, he wasn’t rude, but neither was he friendly. One way rental from Aspen CO to Bozeman MT. Two day trip. Went awesome. Easy pickup and drop off. And much appreciated being able to upgrade to an all-wheel drive vehicle (nice Bronco Sport) verses 2-wheel drive since I was driving a mountains roads route in January.Reviewed Jan 16 2022

Pros:Perhaps I should have read more carefully. Given the snow conditions, I rented an SUV and must have understood incorrectly as I expected all-wheel or four-wheel drive. I was offered a $150 upsell. Guy walking up next to me got a small all wheel drive which was not offered.
