We reserved something that was ford explorer or similar but given a car that was over 11 inches shorter in length and shape, too small to hold what we had, as the ford explorer size would have. Then, budget charged us 50$ more for a jeep cherokee stating it was a class above an explorer. And charged us 100$ additional upon returning the car for an additional hour even though it took 40 minutes to sort when picking up and we didnt actually pick the car up until pretty close to the time the car was returned.Reviewed Jan 11 2025
