Had to cancel credit card two days before flying due to possible fraud and did not have another. Had to use a debit card which meant we have been charged an extra 100 pounds on top of what we paid. Over £200 for a Skoda citigo for 3 days is an absolute jokeReviewed Feb 21 2022

Excellent but slow pick upPros:Car, cleanliness, ease of process. Overall car hire as it should be - no excess hard sell, just here’s your car and off you go. Return even simpler.Cons:Delay in picking up due to 1 person only dealing with all Budget and Avis rentals. Not his fault - he was very efficient and friendly but policy decision to employ only 1 person to cover all pickups for 2 companies.Reviewed Jan 22 2019

ABSOLUTE JOKE - do not use.Pros:Car itself was new.Cons:1. The car was supposed to be Full of fuel - it was empty and i was left stranded in the country with no phone service or open fuel stations (pickup late at night) 2. Nobody will answer the phone 3.
