Cons:Everything was fine but for the fact that the car smelled like smoke with a deodorizer trying to cover it up. The car was not clean. I tried to call Budget to notify them so I would not be billed for the problem as it pre-existed my rental, but I had to go through multiple call directories and it eventually dropped me.Reviewed Jul 23 2018
