Pros: Car was clean...
Cons: ... But a strong odor of second-hand smoke made riding uncomfortable. Then again, since the air conditioning did not work below about 1,500 rpm, I had the windows down -- which kept the smoke odor at bay :-(
Good experience
Pros: I really liked the availability of the rental and the ease of picking it up. It was a great, clean car.
Cons: I was pretty disappointed when I extended my rental drop off time by 24 hours and realized the amount of the charges. I inquired about the charges when I dropped it off and was told it was correct. I just really thought it was quite excessive.
About as expected.
Pros: New employee assisted us, very personable and professional.
Cons: We got a Nissan Rouge, it wasn't the most comfortable vehicle for a 1700 mile trip.
