Pros:Our flight was delayed coming into Durango, CO late at night and I was worried Budget would close and we’d be left stranded without a rental on our wedding weekend! Thankfully, Budget stayed open late until our flight landed and pick-up was a breeze. So appreciative of Budget accommodating our change in plans!Reviewed Jul 7 2021

Terrible - Pay the extra money to work with a bettPros:They eventually offered to give me 50% off for the terrible service. I really don't have much else to say about my experience that is good but this says I should make sure the review is at least 50 characters so I will just keep writing a little bit.Cons:They sent me to three different locations before finally sending me to the actual budget office. The car I thought I was getting ended up not being available so I was stuck with an older Lincoln Town Car. Customer service had bad information and some of the people I spoke with were rude, acting like I was the problem, even when they had me running all over the county looking for their office.Reviewed Nov 18 2015
