Dodge Hornet Hybrid was great! Very economical for all of the driving we did & large enough to fit 3 suitcases & stuff. Comfortable ride. Appreciated ability to puck up & drop off at different airports.Reviewed Sep 9 2026

I booked a Hyundai Venue or similar Compact SUV, but was offered a Toyota Camry, which is a Sedan. This is a downgrade for us. The manager would not honor the booking contract and forced us to pay for an upgrade ($180) for a compact SUV (Kia Seltos).Reviewed Jul 28 2026

Absolutely enjoyed the seamless pickup/ drop off experience that included warm, friendly and informative customer service. Our vehicle was incredibly clean and surprisingly fuel efficient (for a Cadillac suv). Will absolutely be looking to Budget + Kayak for our next adventure!Reviewed Jan 18 2026

Had to wait almost 2 hours after our pick up time for our car due to being “detailed”. When the car came out it was filthy. Trash in the glovebox and car was hardly washed and vacuumed. Agent at the counter couldn’t care less about our delay. This location needs some adult supervision to do better.Reviewed Jun 24 2025

Only one agent at the airport, extreme long wait time to pick up the car. Took about 1 hour, only 5 group ahead of us. Also our car tire leaked, at drop off time, since there is no agent, we couldn’t pass on that info, so next customer will suffer the same car problemReviewed Apr 27 2024
