Had to wait almost 2 hours after our pick up time for our car due to being “detailed”. When the car came out it was filthy. Trash in the glovebox and car was hardly washed and vacuumed. Agent at the counter couldn’t care less about our delay. This location needs some adult supervision to do better.Reviewed Jun 24 2025

Only one agent at the airport, extreme long wait time to pick up the car. Took about 1 hour, only 5 group ahead of us. Also our car tire leaked, at drop off time, since there is no agent, we couldn’t pass on that info, so next customer will suffer the same car problemReviewed Apr 27 2024
