Cons: Rude tried to upcharge for cleaning
Pros: Not much.... but the lady that took the car back the next day was pleasant.
Cons: The fact that online I ordered a compact car, but when I got to the store location they said I ordered a sub compact car. They then proceeded to tell me I ordered the car from a 3rd party site and they don't support that. So they refused to accommodate me or support what I ordered, upgrade or anything.... very disappointing. I'd like my money back!!

Cons: No refund on gas if brought back with full tank after paying prepaid gas at picked up.
Pros: The sales woman was very understanding and tried to help us get our situation taken care of and out problems fixed
Elk Grove store was disappointing
Pros: The clerk was nice.
Cons: Pick up was kind of a joke. The car wasn't ready for a few minutes, and then the lady led us through a back room that was so disgustingly dirty, I would have been ashamed, and out the back of the store. The guy was still vacuuming it and there was still a carseat in the back. Then he had to re-vacuum it. They should have cleaned it and then drove it to the front where we inspect it and drive off. But, they did the same thing to the customer before us.
We also dropped the car off about 8 hours early. We only had the car for about 10 hours, but the price wasn't any different. That wasn't surprising, but disappointing.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful service
