the Polish team does not explain clearly "additional charges" that at the end amount to a double of the rental estimate, plus, the ever present VAT in EU ??? On services VAT should not be added, only on purchases. I had not purchased a Euro150k Volvo, only rented it! So - with that - after our review on all media, how is Budget going to look like? Pros:Was charged for damage that existed on the car. I had pictures to prove it. When I went to point out the car had damage, no one was at the counter, or anywhere to be found.Reviewed Jan 19 2019

Wrong carCons:I ordered a Mercedes Benz through kayak for a specific price and called ahead in advance to make sure that I would receive the car. The worker told me I would as long as I had a reservation, but upon arrival, I was told to contact budget because there must've been a problem with the reservation, and they told me to contact kayak. All of this was a big hassle, and I just got a different car instead. I'm unsatisfied and won't be using kayak anymore.Reviewed Sep 18 2017
