Would think twice before renting from this particular location

Pros: Nice car, ride was comfortable

Cons: Pick up location was not very reliable. Went to pick up car and the facility had closed before their actual listed closing time. Had to go thr next morning and the car was not there, so spent almost 20 minutes waiting for car to arrive. Staff not very professional either. Would definitely think twice before considering to rent from here next time.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The fact that you receive a confirmation for a reservation and the reservation is not valid.

If you look for customer service go elsewhere

Pros: I make a reservation through Kayak in the morning to pick up the rental at 2pm saturday Oct 15, 2016. I called 30 mins before rhat time to ket them know I eas on my way and the person there told me they just called me to tell me that they did not have cars available.

Cons: Then he put me on hold and told me that in that precise moment a car was being returned. I asked what else they needed beside my credit card and DL. he said that was all. When I got there this petson made me wait about 15 minutes because he was on a call and another customer was akready there. At the end he did not give the car because he could not charge my CC with 200usd extra because He said I made a reservation kessbthan 24 hrs before. I left with no car and then I had to call the insurance to cancel myself with no help whatsoever. Terribke experience.
