I didn't realize it was a pickup area out of the airport, although there was a budget in the airport when we got to the place after a $30 taxi ride we found out that our booking had been canceled at 3:30. We have to no idea why we were still on the plane and that stage. However, the gentleman was very helpful. Gave us a car which was extremely comfortable and reliableReviewed Oct 22 2025

Car was not available on pickup time. No intimation. No substitute vehicle provided. Instead forwarded to another location that did not maintain price offered. Returned to complain and then a substitute vehicle was provided - same that was denied earlier. Drop off instructions were all wrong.Reviewed Jun 28 2025

This location was offsite from the airport and did not have a shuttle service. The location itself is an auto garage and does not look like the typical budget rental car location. I still have not received my receipt that was supposed to be emailed after returning the vehicle so I’m reserving my full review until I know if I was unnecessarily billed for anything.Reviewed Apr 6 2024
