Didn’t have the type of car I ordered
Cons: Ordered a Nissan Altima or similar size vehicle and the smallest they had in stock at pick up was a Chevy Traverse or Tahoe. Didn’t need or want an SUV, but had no other choice. Disappointing to say the least
Smell
Cons: Car smelled like prior renter smoked in it.
We had to spray freshener to cover the smell. Luckily we only drove the car for for a few hours.
Meh
Cons: The car engine was pretty rough sounding and feeling. It had a hard time pickcing up speed when needed. The comfort level was only okay. We did have a bit of a drive ond day and our backs were sore.
I was also disappointed in the fact that because I dropped my car off after noon the charged me an additional day, and at a different rate... I paid too m much for what it was worth.

Pros: Received an upgrade to a luxury car and customer service was friendly.
Cons: Car I received had not been washed and had a crack in the front windshield that was hidden underneath the dirt.

Cons: It was not a luxury that I reserved. The inside surfaces had streaks all over them, like a cleaner was applied but never wiped off.
the agent at the counter explained he had no cars
Cons: he then told me to go to an airport..Boston or Nashua...my ride could not bring me to these places.
his attitude was bad..he promised me free Sirius and never gave it to me.
