Pros:Whole experience just fine.Cons:The only problem was I got a car I didn’t like. I do not like . I wanted a Chevy Cruz or similar type American car. I do not like Japanese, or any of that type car. They are not comfortable for myself or my husband. Otherwise Everything else was great.Reviewed Jun 11 2019

Pros:The staff was great. He was very accommodating a d helpful. He told me that the car I was supposed to get came back from its rental smelling bad a d dirty inside. He said he had a large Jeep. I did not want to drive that big thing so had mo option but to take the dirty, smelly car.Reviewed May 1 2019

Pros:NothingCons:We had a reservation to pick up our car at 3:00 pm. Due to having difficulty finding them we arrived a 3:03 pm. We tried multiple times to call them but the phone went to a corporate number. When we finely found them we were told they were closed. I told them our pick up time was for 3:00 pm and that we tried to call them to find out where they were located. His response was we forward our phones a 2:00 pm and come back tomorrow at 7:30 am. We told him we had no way to get there tomorrow and he walked away. This totally floored us. He just left us high and dry and cost us a lot of money. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH BUDGET AND NEVER WILL BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.Reviewed Sep 20 2018

Pros:Great staff in Modesto. Unusually personable and friendly people. It was quick, and there were no hidden 'gotchas' that I half-expect every time I rent a car. I will probably go with Budget again just because it was so hassle and stress-free.Reviewed Nov 21 2016
