We had a reservation to pick up our car at 3:00 pm. Due to having difficulty finding them we arrived a 3:03 pm. We tried multiple times to call them but the phone went to a corporate number. When we finely found them we were told they were closed. I told them our pick up time was for 3:00 pm and that we tried to call them to find out where they were located. His response was we forward our phones a 2:00 pm and come back tomorrow at 7:30 am. We told him we had no way to get there tomorrow and he walked away. This totally floored us. He just left us high and dry and cost us a lot of money. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH BUDGET AND NEVER WILL BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.2.0 Poor

When I picked up the vehicle, the lady that helped me was polite, I got a 2019 Toyota Camry, very nice car, superb and comfortable ride but the vehicle was dirty, all the windows were stained with water spots and the inside smelled like cigarette smoke. When I left the rental place I started driving on the freeway towards San Diego and had been driving for less than an hour when the maintenance light came on advising me to take it to be serviced. When I returned the car with a full tank and clean, the girl said there were cigarette ashes in ash tray and accused me of smoking inside the car. I don't smoke neither does my wife and I told her that is the way they gave me the car. She finished with the paper work and gave me the papers and told me here you go and turned around. No thank you or anything else. Not very professional. Thank youCons:

I'm very upset and disturbed that Enterprise tried to use my credit card unlawfully and commit fraud.
