This was the worst experience I have had renting a vehicle. Staff was good, but they didnt have the vehicle ready, then they gave one were the vehicle was falling apart and dangerous to drive. (I have pictures) still waiting on them to refund me the money on my credit card. It was super disappointingReviewed Oct 24 2023

Budget and $3000 DepositPros:We ended up not renting a car due to the deposit amonut.Cons:The agent was not clear that they would be holding a $3000 US depost on my credit card on top of the rental car fee. After charging the fee he ran my card again and it declined. We understood it would be 3000 pesos, so we were confident it would be approved. Due to them being unclear, we told them to cancel all transactions. They said they did but a $2900 hold remained on my credit card. For my whole trip in Mexico my only credit card was maxed out and I couldn’t use it for anything. This was my first time out of the US and purposely brought my credit card for emergencies, as of today the charge is still showing as pending.Reviewed Jun 18 2018

LocationCons:The location was not at the airport as stated in the confirmation. I got there and asked around and only two others were there but not budget. When I called support while I was looking for the place, I couldn't speak to anyone as some sort of password was needed (the call would auto drop)Reviewed Apr 25 2018
