Pros: The pickup and drop off was relatively quick. Our car was available. They were even able to grant our old-school request of a CD player. The car worked perfectly and we had a great trip.
Cons: On pickup, the attendant was disinterested. There was a big problem with the car mileage not matching, because it was new to the fleet. She refused to fix it. Thankfully the returning agent was wonderful and made sure we weren't charged for the "extra" thousands of miles.

Dirty and late
Pros: It was a great vehicle
Cons: My reservation was for a 3:00 pick-up but the car wasn't ready until after 4:00. When I picked it up the interior was dirty. The steering wheel had nasty stuff smeared on it.

SO kind
Pros: I ordered a full size car to take 5 big youth to dinner and was given an upgraded minivan at no extra charge after sharing my plans for the evening with the customer service rep. Super aware and responsive of their customers needs.

Pros: The car was nice
Cons: It had dirt and crumbs from previous drivers (it wasn’t as dirty as the last budget rental I had, so I guess that’s good.) the staff was nice enough, but they were distracted with other things and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

Could be better
Pros: They let me add a second driver for free instead of making me pay the $18 per day fee. They were fast at check in/out and had the car ready when I got there.
Cons: The car was really dirty and smelled gross. I didn't get the car I asked for and had a hard time fitting all our child car seats in the back.

Poor customer service
Cons: I needed to modify my rental (or try to) due to a change in work schedule. I was hoping to change it just by a couple of hours. I tried for 30 minutes to get through to Budget and was given the runaround. I called the local office and the phone call was forwarded to a call center. When I spoke with someone at the call center I was told to call the local office, which I just did. I tried that twice and Budget put me on hold and then hung up on me. This had nothing to do with Kayak. I will never rent again with Budget.

Becky the Customer service person from hell!
Pros: I liked everything about your rental company except my experience with Becky at my pickup location.
Cons: BECKY!!!! SHE IS THE WORST CUSTOM SERVICE PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO ENCOUNTER!!!! I WOULD NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! EVEN IF THE RENTAL WAS FREE! THIS BECKY PERSON HAS NO BUSINESS DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC!!!!!!
