Pros:The pickup and drop off was relatively quick. Our car was available. They were even able to grant our old-school request of a CD player. The car worked perfectly and we had a great trip.Cons:On pickup, the attendant was disinterested. There was a big problem with the car mileage not matching, because it was new to the fleet. She refused to fix it. Thankfully the returning agent was wonderful and made sure we weren't charged for the "extra" thousands of miles.Reviewed Aug 7 2019

Could be betterPros:They let me add a second driver for free instead of making me pay the $18 per day fee. They were fast at check in/out and had the car ready when I got there.Cons:The car was really dirty and smelled gross. Poor customer serviceCons:I needed to modify my rental (or try to) due to a change in work schedule. I was hoping to change it just by a couple of hours. I tried for 30 minutes to get through to Budget and was given the runaround. I called the local office and the phone call was forwarded to a call center. When I spoke with someone at the call center I was told to call the local office, which I just did. I tried that twice and Budget put me on hold and then hung up on me. This had nothing to do with Kayak. I will never rent again with Budget.Reviewed Jun 20 2017
