Cons: - The link for the address for pickup and the map that were given were incorrect. Pickup was at the airport and not at tepaul road. - When we arrived at budget, we were told that they had no cars available and that contrary to the booking confirmation from Kayak, they could refuse the booking.

Cons: When I arrived at Budget, the car wasn't there. And I am now stuck dealing with Allianz trying to get my money back for the insurance I paid but never received.

Rental place did not have car for us
Cons: We were told at pick up that they did not have the car size we reserved for us. They offered much smaller car for the same prize. We had way too many bags and demanded larger car. After having to fight with them and wait and hour and half they provided a larger car for an extra charge each day. A car that was not suitable for rental. It felt like we took someone's personal car...

Did I overlook the fact that pickup wasn't at the
Pros: The car worked well and the price was right
Cons: Long line at the airport pickup counter only to discover that our car was off site and the off site location was closing. It worked out fine (after an expensive taxi ride) but I wonder if that detail was clear at booking..... ??

Car was there
Pros: Convenience. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Car was having mechanical problems. Went through a lot of trouble to reach the local agency. Finally had to return to airport to exchange car. Non english speaking staff.

Car was not available
Cons: When you rent/reserve an automatic car, it should be there. Not only was there not one available (in a country where manual is the standard), but the person at the Alamo counter was rude, indifferent, and completely unhelpful assisting us. We actually received some help from multiple other counters, who finally were able to connect us with a company with an automatic available.
