Cons:- The link for the address for pickup and the map that were given were incorrect. Pickup was at the airport and not at tepaul road. - When we arrived at budget, we were told that they had no cars available and that contrary to the booking confirmation from Kayak, they could refuse the booking.Reviewed Apr 14 2019

Rental place did not have car for usCons:We were told at pick up that they did not have the car size we reserved for us. They offered much smaller car for the same prize. We had way too many bags and demanded larger car. After having to fight with them and wait and hour and half they provided a larger car for an extra charge each day. Not only was there not one available (in a country where manual is the standard), but the person at the Alamo counter was rude, indifferent, and completely unhelpful assisting us.
