Pros: The Drop off wás a nightmare. My contract Says the Drop off would be un Reno, once there, they didn't know anything about me preocupa the car I wanted to Drop off.

Cons: My car had no gas in it and wasn’t cleaned between my rental and the one before me. It was dark - 9pm when I got in the car and I didn’t realize how much food was leftover in the car and it wasn’t until The gas light went on that o realize I was given a car with an empty tank.

Pros: The staff was very nice and made it super easy to pick up and drop off my car. The car was clean and looked brand new, and it had very comfortable seats .
Cons: I did not get the car I had reserved because they did not have one on the lot...instead they gave me a Mustang...I think this was an upgrade? It worked OK because I was solo, but might have been a problem if there were 3 of us.

Cons: I rented a van for 6 adults plus luggage and I show up and they don’t have a van they have a Durango. I own a Durango and it might seat 6 people but it has no luggage room for 6 people . Very bad customer service. It starts your vacation off wrong.
