Cons:The person behind the counter was super nice but also a new employee so there was some confusion over available models. There should be a first-day training or a reference sheet for the different vehicle classes.
Pros:It was quick to pick up and easy to drop off.
Pros:no wait - car was in good shape, had a few cigarette burns in the passenger seat, but nothing that bothered me.
Pros:The pickup process in the airport was great - the attendant was pleasant and offered great advice on the surrounding area. The car was clean and had modern features. The drop-off attendant was also very courteous and the final charge was as agreed upon. Overall a great experience.

Cons:Do not appreciate being tricked into upselling with deceptive language. I picked the car and price point that I chose for a reason; Why should I consider a different vehicle at a higher rate??
Pros:Young gentleman who assisted me was so professional and helpful; he provided the ultimate customer experience.
Cons:Denver Airport Drop Off: Shorter wait time for the shuttle to the terminal could have been better. We waited about 20 minutes and people were getting very antsy. The shuttle was standing room only. Arrive super early for drop off to avoid stress.
Pros:The lady at the pick up counter was nice.
Cons:The car drove very poorly - seemed like it needed an alignment as it kept veering off to the left and was also not very clean inside or out.

Cons:If I could have dropped of vehicle in Pueblo instead...

Cons:The car was very small for a mid-size. A Nissan Versa seems to be a compact to me.
