Pros:Nothing.
Cons:They did not honor the online price because I didn't make my reservation time, which meant they didn't have the vehicle size I requested and wanted to charge me $50 more for a compact. The lady was not friendly and didn't even explain pricing until I asked. I called another location after I didn't feel like arguing with her and they were zero help as well. Terrible terrible customer service. I will never rent from Hertz again.

Pros:Hertz folks in CO Springs came through w/ my reservation even when I was delayed beyond the 24 hour deadline. What a relief! Helpful folks.
Pros:Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons:My flight was cancelled so I was hoping to extend my rental so I could drive to Denver, but the fees associated were not the same as what I read in the agreement. That was confusing and I ended up having to make different plans.
Pros:Pickup was a good experience. The two employees at the Hertz location were very professional
Cons:I was charged for an additional day. I contacted Hertz at their main number and the agent was friendly and assigned a case number. I have not heard from anyone yet. I called the rental location for help twice. I was told they were too busy to help me out. They never called me back as they promised. Very disappointed with their response.
Very friendly and competent staff. The car was pretty old. Kind of hard to drive on Colorado streets sometimes.

Pros:The returning agent was respectful and appreciated the my position. She gave me a voucher for my troubles. Frankly I would not use Hertz again if I had other options. Her efforts will at least make me investigate.
