Cons:The checkout person had earphones in & had me repeat my name three times Car is too small for large men; don't feel I got what I paid for Don't get why I get charged an extra day when it's a few hours different;

Pros:Ease of use of car, clean, very comfortable. The price was very good and close to the estimate. We elected to drop off empty and the price of gas to refill was much cheaper than local gas stations. Easy to drop off at location near the airport. Nice car!

Pros:We were charged an additional $10/ day for AWD. When we booked, we asked for AWD & assumed it was part of the fees stated.

Pros:They were ready for me, just confirmed my info & signed. The rep could have been more friendly, but she was ok. The Ford Fushion was nice car
Cons:I wasn't sure about drop off procedure before they opened. It would have been nice to have it on the paperwork, I looked but did not see, or if the rep had told me when I picked the car up, or if there was a big sign. But I parked, had to walk up to little office, saw that I missed something & had to walk back to the car (I'm not lazy, & had time; but that's not always the case with everyone). The car should have been cleaner, there should have been a place on paperwork for comment. I would have appreciated a run thru of car features since I own an older vehicle, or at least instruction on how to start it! I'm not a whiner, I'm hoping this helpful info.

Cons:The pickup and dropoff at Anchorag involved some tight driving, so be prepared. Would have liked a quick chat sheet of features.

Cons:1st car had horrible cigarette smell. Had to request a change. All good after that. Staff very accommodating and apologetic not to mention embarrassed!

Pros:It ran good. Was comfortable. Drove very well.
Cons:Wiper needed replaced, rock hits in the windshield, was not completely clean, workers seemed to say "there it is, take it" . Very expensive, even for Alaska, for the condition it was in. We were a mission team working a church and money was tight.
