Pros:The only thing I can complain about the rental process was the difficulty in trying to find their office and drip off. Both were downtown. Other than that, it went exceptionally well. Everyone was friendly.

Cons:very long wait to pick up car- approximately 40 minutes We only needed the car for one day but would have to do after hours drop off for which we would have been charged 20 euros. We ended up finding street parking and returning the car when they opened the next day. it was such a hassel.

Pros:Easy pick up, the car was clean and no damage.
Cons:Reserved a convertible and got a Jeep, driving a Jeep in Europe let alone Italy is extremely tough. Plus there was a convertible next to the Jeep we were taking and they said they’re PLATINUM member was taking it. On top of all that, they didn’t reduce the price or anything like that. Will be contacting my credit card to get money back.

Pros:Everything about the experience was great other than there are very long lines at the office. We probably were in the office for almost an hour the day we picked up our car. Otherwise the experience was great and we would highly recommend!

Cons:Our flight was delayed and got to the rental office around 7pm and it was closed. No msg no arrangement, we were stucked. Went to another budget office in the nearby airport, they said sorry we can’t help you. That was it.
