Car for 2 days came out to $300 instead of $60 I was quoted. Just go somewhere else less touristy
I was overcharged. I will be disputing credit card charge. KAYAK booked me the van at a price $300 cheaper than what I was charged and Budget said I needed to contact KAYAK. Very bad experince
Easy pick up and drop off. Worth the few extra dollars !
The office was closed an hour before their stated hours so I could not drop off the car in time and was charged an extra day for it. And instead of charging me 48 euros, which was the contracted daily rate, they charged me 150 euros. Very duplicitous and unprofessional
I pointed out a scratch on car and was told too small to denote on the sign out sheet and not to worry and on return Budget charged me for the scratch.
Budget didn’t honor our paid Reservation. Excuse was that they were overbooked
Pros:Nothing was exceptional. Parts is the experience were d fine and other parts were terrible.
Cons:I booked a Mercedes Benz and was given a FIAT!!! They said it was the same category but there is no universe where those two brands are on the same levels. Total scam. My flight got in two hours late so they apparently gave my car away. I looked on the website and the car I was given was a third of the price of the car I had booked. Very bad, very unimpressed.
Staff were very rude and unhelpful.
