Pros:The staff was very friendly and so helpful! I travel by myself for business and was not familiar with the area. The staff at Budget guided me out with a map and gave me great information on local places to visit for my short stay. Quick check in and out.
Cons:Car was gutless.
Pros:She was nice
Cons:although she was nice, she should have pointed out the rates, bcoz the counter girl surely made sure i noticed it now that im away from the counter.
Cons:I had a 'pre-paid' rental that was a pickup and drop-off in seperate locations and when they checked me in that add a drop fee. I went back to the pick up agent and she said she would remove the drop fee and when I dropped the car is showed I was being charged the drop fee. I've called them but this still hasn't been resolved. I hate when companies waste my time!
Pros:The car was in decent condition.
Cons:We were given a Jeep that only had seats and belts for 4 people we had 5. They tried not to tell us we had to pay to upgrade for a larger car. When I booked the car I picked one to sit 5 people. We had to wait a long time and argue to get the car we booked.
Had to return two separate cars due to mechanical issues. Cars were old with approx 50,000 miles in each. Tatty interiors with rips in chairs and peeling dashboard. Went with Avis in the end. Car much cleaner and cheaper too!

Pros:Drop off was super easy; the staff was super helpful and very sweet as she upgraded us to a bigger vehicle during our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant interaction.
Cons:This is not on the staff but ensuring there is a new battery in the key fob is important... there were a couple of times where I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to lock/unlock the vehicle at some of our destinations. Spent $5 to replace the battery and it worked just fine afterwards.
Cons:We had a great car and the unlimited miles were awesome! We had a great time!

Pros:Staff rushes you and does not make you feel valued, then again local people seem to not like tourist.
Cons:A sense of friendly from the staff in Hilo would be nice. They are very unwelcoming.
