Low tire pressure light on dashboard. Two tires under inflated. Why not inflated to correct tire pressure by staff?

Terrible service. We paid over 100$ more than the sedan rate for an suv. When we arrived there were no suvs. They have us a sedan and refused to refund any of the amount. Total scam. Will never rent with budget again.

Slow process , gave a car that needed an oil change. It was largely written on the back window for everyone to see we are tourists, would not come off.

When I went to pick up the car, there were no vehicles available and many people were waiting in line. There was nobody at the kiosk too. I wasted a lot of time because of this.

I loved Sharri at pick up. She was wonderful great great customer service however I was promised a discount that I was did not receive and was overcharged $119 that I had to dispute with my credit card because I was not given that credit we will see where that goes too long to get to write down on here, but I’m very disappointed in that I have all the documentation that was sent to my card company

We fly standby since my husband works for an airline. We knew we would have to drive back to Ma from Newark airport since flights were full. I made my reservation from s.america online with perfect ease. Car was ready once right away. Perfect timing , excellent service!

Sleazy. Photograph your fuel status at start! Vehicle was fine- we needed a minivan due to relatives flying into town over holidays. No problems at all with the car. The usual hard sell for extra insurance wasn't bad at all. However, an annoying $5.00 per day was added to our quoted rental rate because I showed up 30 minutes early for the pickup- it could be waived by waiting 20 minutes. I elected the option to return gas tank at same level at it was at start of rental. The fuel gauge was at 8 bars out of 10 at the start of our rental, and I took photo of the dashboard (fuel gauge + mileage) to document. At the time of return I filled the tank up to 9 of 10 bars. Upon return I agreed to get the invoice by email- he suggested this as their printer was very ancient. At home, the invoice was reviewed and they added a $20 fuel charge, stating the tank was full at start of rental and 7/8 full on return (both incorrect). Upon calling the rental agency, he said it was likely a "system error" and agreed to try to correct it. We never got a corrected invoice but fortunately the credit card charge was lowered. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
