No spare tire in van. Spent the better part of a day dealing with it when problem could have been solved in 10-15 minutes. Budget said they take the spares out of the vans… what kind of policy is that? Broken down on “road to Hana” nearest gas station 1hr 15 minutes away… one way! Wasted day of vacation over a flat tire.
