Cons:Extra tax - the total price is different than what you see in web
Better communication that the office is in the train-station and which entrance to take to the underground garage when dropping off the car
Pros:Car was ready when we arrived -- with 2 other planeloads.
Cons:Underpowered for the hills.
Cons:1. Pick-up was very slow. 2. The staff cheated on us with extra charges. We rejected all such service, and when I got the contract with amount higher than that at the reservation, he said it's because of the extra tank of gas. He told us if we filled our tank when we returned the car, it would be refunded.We trusted him.
Cons:Counter rep was rude and very pushy to buy extra insurance. They didn’t tell us what gas to use in car, No return car details, no one at counter

Cons:It was a bit large and made navigating some areas in Europe a bit difficult. Price was a bit high, as well.
Cons:Budget is trying to rip me off for extra insurance and upgrades that I didn't ask for
Pros:The car worked perfectly.
Cons:They said that as i bought my insurance from KAYAK instead of from them in case of an accident i would have to pay the amount to budget, and then i would have to deal myself with the insurance to get the reimbursement.
Cons:Budget ripped me off. Be very careful at the AGP location.
