Cons:They did not have a car that could be dropped off in that location, but no one let us know until we arrived. Terrible experience.

Cons:The car wasnt available when we got there, even though we had the reservation. There was a problem with the communication of the system. Very disappointed, never reserving through this platform again.

Cons:The entire customer service experience was a complete disaster: - Upon arrival at the airport, we waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle to the Budget rental location and it was unclear how much longer it would take, so we ended up taking a taxi to Budget rental location. - Called ahead to reserve a car seat rental, then arrived and were told there were no car seats. Customer service rep spent the time excusing himself from guilt instead of trying to resolve the situation somehow. - When returning the car, they could not find the credit card deposit hold transaction paperwork. After waiting for 30 minutes, we decided to leave (to avoid missing our flight) and instead I have to cancel the entire transaction on my credit card to avoid being charged $500 deposit.

Cons:The Rent a car didn't give me the car because they say that in their sistem the reservation appears after 12 hours. Is the first time that something like this happens to me.

Cons:They make you buy their insurance even if you have other insurance. If you don't take their insurance you can't rent the car. The price for the car$1/day but the insurance is $250-350 a week. Plus they will put a hold on your credit card for $2500. Stay away from this place. It is a super shady business with rude employees.

Cons:The cancelled my reservation without any previous notification and they let me know when I was there to pick up the car. The person who I spoke with said she had no idea why? There was not even an apology. Worst service ever!

Cons:Gave us a vehicle that was dented and scratched. Zero gas because his boss was not present with credit card. Bought road side assistance that never worked and no knew how it worked when we called to use it. They gave us a car that had a front tire that had previously been flat and repaired so naturally we got a flat tire, luckily we were driving slow otherwise I would not be wrtiting this review.

Cons:I have rented cars at this location a couple of times but my last visit was horrible. Management told me that they will no longer rent cars for a cheap price when I already had a reservation from kayak. Who are they to decide who can rent and who can't. I'm sorry but I took my business next door to SIXT and they were great
