Pros:The lady at the desk was nice but I was very unhappy
Cons:This is the second time that Budget has not had the car I requested. I was going to see my 95 yr old dad. I ordered a family type car. The did not have one. I was offered a Jeep Cheroke or a Pickup truck. I told them my dad could not get in or out. So I ended up with a Dodge Charger. Not what I want

Pros:Staff was very accommodating to our needs. The van we rented was great and had no issues with it or with dropping it off. We never felt any pressure to hurry up and get it or drop it off.
Cons:Someone else was paying for our rental. They spoke with the manager to make arrangements for payment. However, when I went to pick it up, those arrangements were 'out the window'. So I had to pay for it myself.
