Pros:The fun drive, customer service and the value of the rented car.

Pros:Efficient, friendly staff, eager to help. Got the convertible car I wanted at 1/2 the price of Hertz!

Cons:The car I requested was not available. The sale person tried to upcharge me. I don’t know if that is a tactic to get u you ou into a different car but after wasting a chunk of time I got a similar vehicle to which I was promised

Pros:- Cars were located at the terminal. No shuttles! - Car was in great shape and was excellent with a lot of deluxe features - Friendly staff at the counter - Would most definitely book with them again in Palm Springs.
Cons:- Though staff was nice, they were a bit disorganized and it took FOREVER to get the rental car. - They didn't offer any information about where to gas up before returning to the airport. There aren't many opportunities right around the airport. It would have been helpful if they gave you tips about this.

Cons:Long line up at Palm Springs airport when picking up.
Pros:They were not open even though they said they were open until noon. I arrived at 11:40am. The guy cleaning the cars took the keys and put them in the office. I hope I don’t get charged for more days.
Cons:The car has dirty windows I had to clean them before I went on the road. The car was not full of gas, but I did return it with a full tank. When I returned the car they were not opened. They could have been opened so I know I successfully returned the car.
