Pros:Super and fast service. Got a small upgrade of the model.
Cons:The car was not cleaned so well inside like normal.
Pros:The directions from the checkin desk and upon returning the car were necessary and helpful.

Cons:The vehicle was advertised as a Toyota Sienna (or similar). It ended up being a Renault Scenic which is way smaller than a Toyota Sienna. It was a straight drive which was manageable but the vehicle was barely large enough for 4 people with luggage. I feel like part of my money should be refunded.

Cons:I was charged for taking the car to several countries. It should have been explained when I reserved the car.
Pros:They upgraded my car for free and were very nice about it . Also, when we wanted to drop off the car at a later date they said no problem. In fact we dropped it off at another location they said no problem.
Pros:Easy to pickup and drop off.
Cons:Disclosing the fees up front. Not knowing that one has to pay extra in order to take the car 150 Km south of the boarder. And, to pay extra for tolls to drive the car south of the boarder. These turned a good deal on this rental to a poor deal.
